  I had a great experience with HomeWorks, Etc. Mark Brackin and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure the job was done right. They communicated clearly throughout the process, arrived on time, and paid close attention to detail. Their workmanship was excellent, and they left everything clean when they finished. I would definitely recommend Homeworks, Etc. to anyone needing foundation repair or related services.

  HomeWorks took excellent care of my clients. No one wants to hear that they need foundation repairs, but Mark and his team were able to take care of the project quickly and were excellent with the communication and education they provided.

  I called Mark to assess my concerns on my house settling. He was not “pushy” and told me that corrective measures could actually wait a few years if I was not ready. Mark’s team installed over 40 pier supports under the perimeter of our slabbed home as well as installing a drain line to move storm water quicker. Work was performed as promised with no upfront payment (sign of good established contractor) and finished with satisfactory results and cleanup. His team was very respectful throughout the process. Great price and warranty and I highly recommend HomeWorks for any of your foundation/drainage repair needs.
