  ​If I had just wanted to swap out a showerhead, I could have easily done it myself. From the moment the technician arrived, he repeatedly directed his attention to my husband. I am the one who booked the appointment, and I am the one with the vision for elevating this bathroom. My husband had no idea what I had planned, yet every time I tried to interject, the technician ignored me and looked right back to him. I made it very clear that this wasn’t just a simple swap; I wanted to reconfigure the showerhead placement entirely. I own more than one property, and based on this experience, I will not be using this company for any of them.

  Justin was great and came out very quickly on a Saturday night, fixed the issue with the main sewer line at my condo that caused both of my toilets to leak from the base. He was nice, informative and even helped facilitate a clean up/repair crew to come out the same night. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future if more plumbing issues come up. Thank you!

  We have used them twice for plumbing issues with clogs and drainage. They are very nice and professional. They don't try to force you into extra services or repairs. Hopefully we will not have any other issues but will keep them in mind if needed
