  Karl was absolutely amazing—10/10 service! My appointment was scheduled for 11, and he called about 30 minutes early to ask if he could come sooner, which I appreciated. He wore shoe covers when entering my home, and that small gesture meant so much to me. He installed an outlet in my primary closet, which I’m turning into a vanity room. He was knowledgeable, kind, and warm, and he made the entire experience easy. He worked so efficiently that I looked down at my phone, and before I knew it, he was finished! He also cleaned up his work area and took the time to give me recommendations and measurements for a power cord. What stood out most was how thoughtful he was. Karl treated my home with care and made sure I had the information I needed for my setup. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Thank you, Karl, for helping bring my vanity room one step closer to life! Mister Sparky of Baytown is lucky to have you!

  Karl (with a K) is a knowledgeable and professional electrician. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and resolved it using the most cost-effective option. He also provided a free safety inspection and gave us quotes for potential future installations. Great service, honest recommendations, and very professional. Highly recommended!
