  Had countertops and backsplash installed 4/26. The seam is brown instead of clear or white. Owner seems to think it is fine. I know there are seams but this is a crappy done job. Fabricator tried to fix but not hard enough. Heather was great to work with but owner doesn't care and said nothing can be done (bs). NEVER USE for countertops

  I am 74 and needed new flooring in my house after having my daughter and 3 grandkids living there. Dreading the cost and hassle of replacing the flooring I got a recommendation from a realtor friend who suggested Baytown Floors. I scheduled an estimate and Omar came out to measure the house. The estimate and installation crew were great for someone on social security. Give them a chance. Great experience and installation.

  Great selection of carpet, hardwood, tile and countertops. Helmi, Heather & Will are great to deal with too.

  I would exercise extreme caution if you decide to deal with this business. They really rely upon the "old bait and switch." Every time I talked to them I was told something different. Was told my confusion with the price was based on a mistake by one of their employees. I took them at their word on the mistake and was still willing to work with them. Everything after that was all very shady. No matter how much he came down on the price of the tile or the installation price, the overall quote stayed about the same. I'm no genius, but this doesn't seem right. Good luck.
