  Had countertops and backsplash installed 4/26. The seam is brown instead of clear or white. Owner seems to think it is fine. I know there are seams but this is a crappy done job. Fabricator tried to fix but not hard enough. Heather was great to work with but owner doesn't care and said nothing can be done (bs). NEVER USE for countertops

  They totally suck. Owed us refund of 450 dollars and ask and ask went into store couldnt find our reciept found it told us we would get back 450 out of 1100 for restocking fees they lost reciept never got the money ask over 10 times and went in 5 of it!! Also sent registered letter Total Rip off!!

  DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! We found them online and stopped by to see their selection. We spoke with Helmi who is the owner or manager who told us our job of about 760 sq ft. would be done in 3 days. After shopping around we decided to use them. To save them time I moved all my furniture myself that way they could show up and get right to work. His crew showed up on a Monday, worked until noon, then called it a day and said they would be back tomorrow!!?? I called and spoke to Helmi who assured me they would be done in the 3 days since there would be more than 2 guys. Tuesday morning comes and the same 2 guys show up a little after 9:30am and was told a third was on his way . . . He never came! Eddy the contractor doing the floor says he does not know why Helmi said 3 days because he will not be done until Friday. I call Helmi again to inform him and assures me that they will be done Thursday. This goes back and forth until Saturday at about noon then they finally finished. Even though it took twice as long as we were told they still left uneven spacing, dirty appliances and cabinets, and I had to fix my glass storm door which they somehow broke. I had to give at least one star but it should have been -5. Save yourself the headache and find another place. UPDATE: I do not know what you mean when you say that you sent someone to do a "final clean" of my house. I cleaned my house and fixed the door your guys broke. 4/30/2016: Helmi stopped by my house today to look at the work. I showed him everything and he said it was a great job so I guess this is the kind of work they normally do. I mentioned that we did not have a choice of the grout so they did not send the samples like they said but made that choice for us. He did offer me a $250 check for the damages they did but I also had to take this review down so I told him to keep his money. I hope you choice to go with some another company and don't have to deal with something like this. UPDATE: Your installers never cleaned anything . . . We cleaned it all. They did fix some tiles that were not installed properly. As for us requesting $1,200 to remove this review . . . TOTAL LIE!!!! I told the owner that the only way I would be satisfied will all of this was to get the cost of labor returned as that was not done properly. I told him I would pay for materials as all that was indeed installed but labor was not what it should have been. The owner is full of nothing but lies and does not appreciate or value your time even after calling get to discuss issues multiple times. Save yourself the headache and anger and just go somewhere else!
