  I am writing this to formally express my profound disappointment and severe dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company, and more critically, with the handling of our warranty claim and the unprofessional conduct of your staff. Our family engaged your services for a comprehensive HVAC system overhaul, which included the installation of a new A/C unit, complete ductwork replacement, new vents, and a new thermostat. This significant investment was made with the clear understanding that a 10-year warranty would cover the unit. Following the tragic passing of my mother last year due to kidney failure, I attempted to address an issue with the system. To my shock and dismay, I was informed that the warranty would not be honored due to an alleged failure to transfer it within a specific, undisclosed timeframe. This expectation, under the exceptionally difficult circumstances of my mother's death and the subsequent complexities of managing her estate and probate, is not only impractical but also profoundly insensitive. It is unconscionable to expect a grieving family to prioritize administrative warranty transfers over their profound loss and legal obligations. Furthermore, my attempt to seek clarity and resolution on this matter was met with astonishingly unprofessional and hostile behavior from your receptionist. From the outset, her tone was confrontational and dismissive, escalating rapidly to the use of abusive language and personal insults. This conduct is utterly unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on your company's commitment to customer service and professional standards. It is baffling how an individual exhibiting such a lack of empathy and basic decorum could represent a reputable business that has reportedly served the Bay City area for an extended period. This interaction only compounded the distress caused by the initial warranty denial. Beyond these egregious issues, the core problem for which we paid a substantial amount of money remains unresolved. Since the initial installation, two rooms in the property have consistently lacked proper cooling and airflow, indicating a fundamental failure in the newly installed ductwork system. Despite this being a persistent issue from the outset, your company has inexplicably denied its existence. This entire experience has been nothing short of a travesty. It appears your company actively seeks pretexts to avoid fulfilling its warranty obligations and disregards fundamental customer service principles. Given this appalling service, the hostile treatment from your staff, and your company's apparent disregard for contractual commitments, I unequivocally state that I will never again utilize your services, nor can I in good conscience recommend them to anyone. I expect an immediate and satisfactory resolution to both the warranty issue and the unresolved technical problems with the ductwork.
