  Submitted a request online in January for assistance with our septic and never heard back from this company. If you're not going to pay attention to your online request, maybe don't have the option for it.

  Septic tank replacement project. They handled all the details -- site plan, filing with the county, coordinating inspections, etc. Completed the project in less time than expected. Polite, considerate workers. Offered a product with a ten-year warranty that's transferrable when you sell your property. Couldn't have asked for more... recommend hightly!

  Repaired septic feed pipe between tanks, checked out septic sprinklers, verified system working correctly. Had problems with tree roots, but still finished in less than 1 1/2 days!! Cost was less than estimate, and I will use Vernon for any future septic problems. I'm more than satisfied!!

  Not knowing ANYTHING about septic systems I was given this company name by a friend. Thankfilled I am to have been referred. Not only did Mr Tuck arrange and coordinate all the companies needed to complete the inspection of my system but kept me apprised of each and every step. The service provided was better than 5 stars; it was efficient, professional, on time, and knowledgeable. After the inspection, I received a fair estimate of repair costs and within 2 days Mr Tuck was again on time and completed the "back breaking" work efficiently and with great professional care. I would recommend this company for any and all services provided. Excellent and professional.
