  I have had a great experience with Parobek. A couple of weeks ago, our AC unit went down in 100'F heat. Parobek had a great response time, friendly and helpful office staff (thanks Kelsie and Dylan!), and were able to get our AC up and running same day, as well as a sales quote for a new AC unit that we needed for a longer term fix. Jarrett and Cody were great getting us set up with everything we needed! We have since gotten our AC unit fully replaced for a larger unit and with some nice uogrades. The Parobek team continued to be great for this new install; our technicians were Andres Yi and Jose Garcia. They were both very friendly and professional; they spent time outlining the day's plan for us and Andres kept us updated throughout. They made sure we were comfortable by providing and setting up two temp AC units while they worked, crucial as we have a newborn baby in the house. Andres and Jose were able to get the old AC unit out and new one in within one day, and did a great job cleaning up after. Andres has since been back to answer some questions for us, as well as check the unit was functioning properly - the only correction that we asked for was to recalibrate our new Ecobee thermostats, which he was able to do quickly! Bonus points for being really nice to our dog, who was fascinated by what they were doing!

  Extremely disappointed with this company. We bought a new AC system in 10/2024 for over 13k. Still making payments on it. We came home last night and discovered our AC wasn’t working. When we called Parobek we were told the earliest they could come would be in two days. We were told later it is because we didn’t pay extra for the friends and family program as if spending 13k doesn’t quality you for their loyalty. Turns out it’s a bad breaker on the unit itself. Instead of standing by their product and service, it was going to be $1,100 to replace a small plastic breaker. My husband talked to Chase Parobek and he was told they could bypass the breaker for $400-$500. After fighting with the owner on the phone, still not willing to stand by his product, he finally said he would do it for free but we had to go our separate ways. It literally took less than 10 minutes for them to bypass the breaker and give us AC, something they were going to charge us $500 for. The owner will say that we were outside of our labor warranty, which is true. But when you spend this amount of money for an AC unit you would think that after less than 2 years that ownership would try to make things right rather than try to get more money out of you. I would definitely not recommend or trust them. In our experience this is a pretty crooked company.

  Our condensing unit stop working completely driving the inside temps up to almost 90 degrees, Parobek was able to get a technician out same day we called recognizing the emergency since we have an infant Jack Johnson came out, and although he didn’t play us “Banana Pancakes” he did diagnose the root cause of the issue quickly, literally took pictures of all of his reading and showed us the difference between current and expected performance explaining everything and answering every question. Within an hour of arriving he was able to get the unit back to working condition and gave us tips on how to reduce/eliminate issues in the future. Couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism. You definitely get what you pay for and in comparison to cheaper options the value is still far and away better with Parobek

  Bryce was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely easy to talk to. He took the time to understand the problem, explained what he was doing clearly, and did a thorough job getting everything flowing properly again. What stood out most was the level of care he put into the work. He did not make the visit feel rushed or like I was just another service call. He made sure the issue was actually resolved and tested everything before wrapping up. That kind of attention to detail and customer service is exactly what you hope for when you call a plumber. I also learned that Bryce is a veteran, which made me even happier to support both him and the company. He represented the company extremely well and is exactly the kind of employee you want interacting with customers. I would absolutely request Bryce again and would recommend him without hesitation. I hope his management recognizes the value he brings to the company because employees like him are the reason customers come back.

  Our AC died in our new house during a 100'F week. We had a newborn baby, which made this even more urgent. We called several HVAC companies, and Parobek were the first to respond. I spoke to Kelsie and Dylan with the office staff, and they were very polite and friendly, quickly grasped the urgency of the issue, and communicated clearly and promptly with me throughout. I did not have to talk to AI at any point, and cannot express how refreshing that was - please keep the phone service in capable human hands! Jarrett was our service tech, and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the full process from the beginning and kept us apprised of updates throughout the service. He was also very careful or our belongings/floors. We unfortunately found several underlying issues with our AC unit, but Jarrett made it easier to understand and documented everything with photos/videos as he went. We had a backed up primary drain line, no primary form of flood prevention, a melted disconnect, extremely dirty condenser coil, and short on charge. Jarrett was able to repair/replace/clean all the above to get our old/malfunctioning AC unit up and going same day so that we had cool air in the house for our child. Our tech was further able to get another co-worker, Cody, out same day to walk us through our options to right-size our AC unit for a longer-term solution. Cody was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was able to get us information on AC unit upgrade options, pricing, financing and scheduling. We had an amazing experience with all the Parobek staff from beginning to end, and look forward to working with them in the future.
