- SBSteve bytesJul 24, 20263.0They were very attentive and came out on a Saturday afternoon after out air went out. Then came out again on a Tuesday to add more refrigerant to my system. Then waited 3 days for a quote. The quote was ungodly high and the tried to switch me from a Trane system to a Carrier or another brand. I didn’t know they weren’t a Trane dealer. I should have asked. I requested they bill me for the 2 service calls and refrigerant. The bill was $750. They charged me $450 for refrigerant, R410A should be 25 to 35 dollars a pound when I questioned them, they said $100 per pound was correct. I can’t help but think some of the price is retaliation for not letting them do the work.
