  We looked at many new builds before settling with Chesmar. The builder has been very detail oriented and it feels like a solid home! Kyle and Tracy have been knowledgeable and friendly from the beginning and beyond! Each of them have checked on us since our move in and have answered any questions we have had about the home. Not only that, Tracy has made it a point to introduce us to our new neighbors that are currently building around us. We are the only home in the new phase, but we already know the names and have met three new neighbors which is appreciated since we are new from our of state!

  From the very first visit of the model home Tracy was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I think what stood out the most ws her genuine enthusiasm not just for the homes but for helping us find the right fit for US. She walked us through the process with clarity and patience. No Pressure, no jargon- just honest, helpful guidance. Even though we have not purchased yet when we do it will definitely be with TRACY!!!!
