- SPSylvia Pedley3 days ago3.0Six months ago I had 6 reg. windows & 2 small windows installed in an 1100 sq.ft house for over 7k and kept finding glass for months! I just recently got a screen they damaged replaced finally. I wasn't told I would need new blinds as old one wouldn't fit afterwards, which was another expense and labor. I still need to retouch ALL my window sills outside from the paint they peeled off with window removal for another added cost. Their communications lacked professionalism also.

So when Window World showed up to remove and install 20 windows, I was not expecting much. However, I was amazed at how they paid attention to detail and worked quickly and efficiently and acted s a team, helping each other when needed. They even went above and beyond my expectations when they removed a plantation shutter frame that was preventing an old window from coming out They then put the frame back and everything looks great. House is also much quieter now with the foam insulation. I'm very happy with the results. I was expecting average, and I got great service. Would definitely recommend to use them.

We decided to go with Window World, not just because they came in at a great price, but because we felt confident they would do great job. From start to finish, the process was seamless and outstanding. Braden was our salesman and he did an amazing job getting us what we both wanted and needed for the 16 windows we were replacing, many of which were large and custom shapes. The installers did a great job and Braden came to give a final check afterwards. When we finish with the rest of the windows next year, we will definitely be using Window World again.
