  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I have been billed for services not rendered. TKE did not show up for the appointment (the appointment that took several months and multiple phone calls to schedule) yet still billed me over $1,000. I have been trying to get in touch with someone from the Austin location for a very long time. They will not answer or respond. I have contacted national customer service multiple times and they can not help either.

  This company is one of the most unprofessional and unorganized companies I have ever dealt with. I work in multifamily housing, and we have used them for our property for a couple of years. When our elevator(s) go down and we request them to come out just to look at it and see what the issue is, they state a date then never show up. You call them, they claim something happened, promise another date, never show up. It is a repetitive process that will continuously happen. You literally have to beg them just to come out and do their job, and even then, it may not be done for weeks to months. It not only is unprofessional and makes themselves look bad, but it also makes the the company using them look bad, such as the housing Landlord. The residents are mad because they are not able to use the elevator amenity; some residents who are handicapped rely on it. TK does not care about its customers, they do not know how to properly run a business, and they are dishonest and disrespectful. They should be ashamed of themselves on how they allow their business to be driven into the ground and achieve a 1-star rating on Google. They don't even care. I cannot recommend staying away from this company enough. You will be wasting money, time, and risking bad reviews on your part from residents/customers due to this company's negligence.

  Worst company I have ever used by far. No one contacts you, no one respects your appointment, no one even responds to you. GCs in Austin stop hiring these clowns.

  We used TK Elevator for one of our buildings, and it has been an issue at every single step. First, we had to jump through hoops just to figure out who our account manager even was (Jason). Once we finally tracked him down, we expected things to improve they didn’t. We scheduled a renewal for our elevator certificate, and they no-call/no-showed twice. When we finally got a response via email, we were told they could come “in a couple of weeks.” After pushing back (because that’s obviously unacceptable), they suddenly had availability within two days so clearly the delay was never necessary to begin with. Then the technician showed up without notifying anyone, despite being explicitly instructed to do so. After that, it took a month and a half and constant follow-ups just to receive our certificate, even though in Texas it’s supposed to be provided within 5 days. Next issue: their online portal. We couldn’t log in because we weren’t set up as site managers something they had to manually fix, which took another 2–3 weeks. Then came more delays just to add our account, requiring unnecessary and repetitive information. Another few weeks wasted. And now, the best part: every time we try to click “Pay Bills,” we get an “internal error code” (their IT issue). We’ve been trying to resolve this for over a month, and their “solution” is to clear cache and cookies every single time. That’s not a solution that’s a workaround for a broken system. To top it off, they lock you into a 3-year contract with a very narrow 90–120 day window to request cancellation. This is a poorly run, inefficient, and frustrating company to work with. We’ve never had these kinds of issues with any other vendor. Save yourself the time and headache look elsewhere, like Austin Elevator.
