  Well, frustrated to say the least. Super poor communication, Billy left me wondering if he even got my messages. He also quoted me a price, said it was easy enough and then after two weeks he got someone out there. Again, had to follow up with him as he said someone was coming and then blew me off. Reached out the next day and he said they were now going that day, no call or text. They finally just showed up, and added 50% to the price or they are going to leave. I told him to leave, I'll only work with people that have integrity. He made some excuse about using more of my spare materials than he thought he would, though the scope of work did not change, then told me to take the new price or leave it. So tired of people not having integrity. I hope this review causes someone to take pause before hiring him.

  My wife asked Billy if they did work on mobile homes, he said yes. Our issue was there was some warping in our guest bedroom and lifting in other areas. We requested that the subfloors be replaced in areas as needed, Billy ensured my wife that only patch work was necessary. I was not able to be present during the install but my wife was happy with Jenero the installer. In the end they charged us $8900, one year to the month and our floors are almost as bad as they were in the beginning. We did have some moisture issues that we fixed before replacing the floors. They also leveled the house before doing the floors. We also had the entire underbelly insulated and sealed just before we got the floors done. There should be no reason for our floors have high and low spots again and the LVP separating in several areas. Billy has never come back to our home after creating our estimate to see our concerns and ongoing issues, he told my wife that our house is the problem. He even sent out a second installer who after walking our home agreed that we shouldn't be having these issues, Billy refused to fix the issues.

  Highly recommend Billy and his team! They’re professional, clean, speedy, precise. Excellent, friendly and prompt communication! They did a stellar job for me installing a wood floor and I was out of town the whole time. They took care of everything and I returned home to a perfect result!

  Great service all around! I was very nervous to have the first renovation done in our new house, but it turned out great. Very communicative and prompt communication as well. Will be using them again for future renovations!

  They do great work. Billy is communicative and prompt. Got us scheduled and showed on time and finished the project efficiently.
