I had a 24-yr old Asphalt shingle roof in Bastrop TX. During it’s life the roof had seen several hailstorms, the most recent last spring. Tarrant Roofing (Richard and Charles) did a complete roof inspection finding significant hail damage and provided a estimate for a replacement 30yr. Asphalt roof including and components. When my insurance inspector came Tarrant roofing was there to make sure all damage was recorded. As a result, a full roof replacement and gutter, rain spout, and window screen damage was authorized in the claim. I feel Tarrant Roofing helped me to get the most insurance coverage I could by capturing all damage. I also feel that the quote I received from Tarrant Roofing was competitive. Withing a couple weeks the roof was replaced. All work was completed in a single day. For my 60 sq roof, there was a team of 14 workers present. It was amazing what they got done in a single day. Tarrant Roofing also made sure my landscaping was protected and clean-up was very thorough. Lastly, the falling roof debris did leave a couple of scuff marks on my Hardy Plank siding, which Tarrant roofing promptly had cleaned off. I do not usually leave reviews, but was completely satisfied with the work that Tarrant Roofing did, so I decided to do so...

It's been 8 weeks, they haven't finish their work yet. Every time I contact them, it says there will be updates later today or tomorrow, but nothing happened.. I will wait and keep updating. got it finally.

  1. Safety concern. I step on a thread nail the next day after replacing my roof. I had to call them to use megnet to clean around my house, especially backyard where kids usually play. 2. Low efficiency. Its been 6 weeks, they still didn't finish their job of replacing my screens. Also pending paperwork for discount from my insurance. 3. Price is high. I had to pay over my deductable. They were not able to bargin too much against my insurance.

Michael Murphy was incredible to work with. I used him on a flip project I had in NW Austin and they hooked me up with the Certainteed Climate Flex shingles. Will be using them again in the future.

Our new roof was installed by Tarrant Roofing. The price was very reasonable. The whole process was managed by Christopher Rodriguez. The installation was perfect. Christopher also inspected the roof himself after the work is done. There was one missing gutter, for which he re-called the gutter guys and installed the missing one. Overall, I am very happy with the work done. I really appreciate Christopher’s and Tarrant’s willingness to follow up and making sure that nothing is missed at the end of the job.
