  Our complete roof replacement was handled with excellence from start to finish by Charles Mason and his team. They went the extra mile to make sure EVERY detail was attended to -- even parts of the patio cover that needed to be replaced. They weren't satisfied until the job was perfect!

  “I’ll be honest—I’m usually not a fan of solicitors. Ring-knock-ring all day long, right? But if I had turned this young man away, I would have missed out on one of the best decisions I’ve made. I had four different people try to help before him, and every one of them got denied. Michael came in, got my roof approved, and even helped get additional items covered for the maximum insurance payout. He was communicative, honest, trustworthy, and delivered quality work with great materials at a fair price. I highly recommend Michael and Tammie Roofing—you never know what opportunity might be knocking at your door!”

  Wanted to share my experience with Tarrant Roofing now that my roof project is fully complete. Overall, the team did a really great job from start to finish. There was one small misunderstanding during the process where they thought I didn’t want a lower back section replaced, when I was actually referring only to a newer patio roof section I had built previously. But they handled the situation professionally and completed that portion without any upcharge, which I genuinely appreciated. They were also very accommodating with a custom request I had around the gutter paint color, and they made sure the backyard was completely cleaned up afterward with all roofing debris removed. The crew walked through the work with me multiple times, and I even went up on the roof with them to inspect everything directly. They also installed newer, more modern ventilation systems that should help keep the house cooler, which was a really nice upgrade I wasn’t expecting. A big shoutout as well to Dayton Kinzer, who handled the sales/account side of the project. Dayton was incredibly professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. Highly recommend working with him specifically if you go with their team. Overall, they communicated well, stood behind their work, and made sure the project was completed the right way. Really thankful for the help and would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

  I recently had Tarrant Roofing replace two roofs for me — my primary home and a rental property — and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the quality of work was outstanding. Both roofs were completed professionally, efficiently, and with clear attention to detail. What truly set Tarrant Roofing apart, however, was how they handled the insurance side of things. Dealing with insurance claims can be a nightmare, but Justin made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He stepped in, negotiated directly with the insurance agency on my behalf, and made sure I got the coverage I deserved. That alone was worth its weight in gold. Justin's communication throughout both projects was exceptional. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered every question I had, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another job on the schedule. It's rare to find someone who combines that level of expertise with genuine professionalism and care.
