  Wow, Chesmar has been amazing to build my dream home with. From the very start and now through the closing process, this builder has been EXCEPTIONAL on all fronts. I have had the great pleasure of working with both Jen and Stephanie in the sales office, and Matt as my construction manager and they have all been amazing to work with. Jen worked with me to help me pick my dream lot knowing how picky I was about it having an amazing view, and then helped me choose designs that really fit my taste. She has excellent design skills of her own, so it was really helpful to have her advice and guidance on what to pick. There were times even during the build process when she saw something designed a certain way by the tile people and asked them to redo it because she didn't think it looked right. It wasn't something that I even thought about but once they fixed it, I realized that she was right -- it looked 10 times better. This is just one example of many where Jen went out of her way to make sure my home looked amazing, even where it was not a complaint from me and it was a cost to Chesmar to fix it. I have also been lucky to have Matt as my construction manager and he similarly goes above and beyond to make sure my home was built to near perfection. There have been a few inevitable issues here and there post close and he's incredibly on top of things to address things right away. You can tell he really cares about customer service and doing right by his customer. I just love working with both Jen and Matt, they're the perfect team!! My realtor tells me that this builder an exception, not the rule, so the experience with Chesmar is not typical for those buying new construction homes. And I do have some experience talking with Westin and Perry in the same neighborhood, and can also say that Chesmar's finishes are nicer. If you're interested in a home in this nearing completed nabe, I'd highly recommend going with Chesmar over other remaining builders though!

  I highly recommend chesmar homes. My clients have had a long wait and has been searching for the perfect home. Walking in to the Chesmar model and talking to Jennifer was all we needed to do. Jennifer in amazing at what she does, from the home design and the knowledge is impeccable.

  Chesmar has been nothing but perfection! The closing date never changed, our home is gorgeous and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful home. Jennifer was the person of contact and she truly set the bar high with her quick responses to any and all questions and guidance with this being our first time buying. Her design help is beyond anything I’ve ever seen! She will help you create your dream home! She called once a week with an update which only made me more excited and even more at ease. Thank you again for everything! They will walk you through any and all warranty questions, and help you better understand the home and only made me feel more comfortable if anything were to happen. Best of all little to no blue tape when finding errors only VERY minor cosmetic paint, and they fixed it right up:). Overall, a wonderful experience. Chesmar knows what they’re doing!
