  Anyone in Texas knows that when it's summer and you have an AC issue, it's an EMERGENCY. Well, our AC stopped working and we called Service Wizards in a literal sweat. They were here in about an hour, much to our delight. Text and phone communication about timing was great; the technicians, Devan and Mike, were super polite and nice; and the unit was fixed very quickly. We're happy and cool thanks to Service Wizards - they will be our first call going forward for all our AC needs!

  I was able to get the same day appointment for my AC issue. The technician Scott arrived on time and was very detailed oriented. He gave me regular updates during his diagnosis and provided recommendations that were required and reasonable. Overall satisfied with the service call.

  Super pleased. I wasted so much time with other vendors. Adam came out same day I made the request and the install happened the next day after signing. They worked me on the price and beat other companies by $2k - 6k for the same equipment and service. Will and install team did a great job.

  I cannot recommend Service Wizard Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing highly enough! Isaiah and Jaden came out to handle my AC tune-up last Monday, August 10th, and they did an absolutely amazing job. From the moment they arrived, both of them were incredibly courteous, polite, and helpful. They were remarkably thorough with their inspection and maintenance. They checked the entire HVAC system, inspected the insulation across both floors of the house, and meticulously verified the airflow and temperature in every single vent on both floors. On top of that, they checked the whole outdoor AC unit and did a fantastic job with the cleanup of the AC unit coils. What stood out the most was their excellent communication and efficiency. Between completing all of that thorough work and patiently answering all of my questions and addressing every concern I had, they wrapped everything up in a little less than 2 hours. They also provided great recommendations and options that I can easily follow and let me know about their furnace tune-up and plumbing check-up services for the future, which I will definitely be utilizing. If you want professional, detailed, and polite technicians, ask for Isaiah and Jaden!

  We had an outstanding experience with Service Wizard, and the biggest reason was our plumber, Julio. We hired Service Wizard to replace a leaking shutoff valve on the hot water line serving our kitchen sink and to install two new 40-gallon State water heaters in two separate attic spaces. They gave us an 8:00–10:00 AM arrival window, sent a notification when our technician was on the way, and Julio arrived promptly at 9:00 AM. From the moment he arrived until he packed up nearly 12 hours later at 8:00 PM, Julio worked tirelessly. Most of the work was completed by himself, with only brief assistance removing our two original water heaters that had been installed around 2004 and had served well beyond their expected lifespan. Considering the extreme summer heat in Austin, working for hours in two separate attics was no small task, yet Julio never complained, never rushed, and maintained an incredibly positive and professional attitude throughout the day. His workmanship was exceptional. He took great care to protect our home by laying down drop cloths and plastic coverings where needed, kept the work area clean during the project, and stayed late to thoroughly clean everything before leaving. The finished installation looks outstanding and reflects a true pride in craftsmanship. What impressed us even more was Julio's commitment to customer service. After completing the installation, he walked me through everything he had done, explained the new water heaters and plumbing components, answered every question patiently, and provided helpful advice on maintaining the system to maximize the lifespan of our plumbing fixtures and water heaters. He never made us feel rushed despite having already put in an incredibly long day. It's rare to find someone with Julio's combination of technical expertise, professionalism, attention to detail, work ethic, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction. He represented Service Wizard in the best possible way and is the primary reason our family will be repeat customers. We have already requested estimates for additional plumbing work, and we will specifically ask for Julio to return. Service Wizard is fortunate to have an employee like Julio. His skill, integrity, and commitment to doing the job right deserve recognition. After watching him work nearly 12 hours in the Texas heat, we honestly hope his boss gives him a well-earned day off.
