  Had Mike and Adam come out to do a service check on my AC. They did a great job and also found a backed up line that they fixed. They also replaced a part in my outdoor AC unit that was dying. They explained every part of the process well to me, weighed the pros and cons with me, and fixed the issue quickly! They were very competent and professional, 5/5 would use again!

  I hired Service Wizard for a complete HVAC system installation, and unfortunately I've experienced several issues since the installation. I'm currently working through another issue involving the new system not cooling the home to the desired temperature. I was initially inclined to leave a lower rating because of these problems. However, the professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge of the service technicians have made a significant difference in my experience. For that reason, I'm leaving a 5-star review for now and will update it later based on how the remaining issue is resolved. I especially want to recognize Jeremiah Bottoms. He has gone above and beyond to help fix my current issue. Employees like Jeremiah are a major asset to Service Wizard recognizes and i hope the company takes care of great services techs like him.

  Aldo did an outstanding job resolving my water heater issue. He thoroughly drained all of the sediment from the unit, explained what needed to be done, and completed the replacement efficiently. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, customer-oriented, friendly, and respectful of my time. He arrived when promised, worked diligently, and made sure everything was functioning properly before he left. I truly appreciate his expertise and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Aldo to anyone needing plumbing or water heater services!

  I have had some recent trouble with my two-month-old Trane A/C unit. After replacing the evaporator coil on Friday, my A/C was no longer producing cold air by Sunday. Today I called Service Wizard and spoke with Kim. I described the situation, and she decided to send Adam Alcon to diagnose the problem and fix it. Adam is the Installation Field Supervisor, and he really knows his stuff!! He identified his initial suspicions from the info I gave Kim and proceeded to pare his suspicions down to a faulty valve in the new (Friday) evaporator coil WITHIN 15-30 MINUTES. From there, he went to get a replacement and then proceeded to install the new valve, evacuate the coil completely, and replace the refrigerant. This was a three-hour process in the heat of a 103° afternoon. Needless to say, I greatly appreciated his work and am now enjoying the refrigerated air that Adam provided. Thank you, Adam and Kim.

  Discovered an HVAC drain line leak and needed a seasoned team fast. Service Wizards got me a same-day appointment, and the scheduling team was incredibly professional and polite. Our technician, E.J., was a absolute technical genius. Having dealt with 4 different HVAC companies over the years, I've never felt more confident about a service call.E.J. answered all my questions, cleared the HVAC drain line, and put a permanent fix in place with an adjustment to the pipe pitch..He triple checked everything quickly to ensure the highest quality! Don't waste time elsewhere. I highly recommend Service Wizards for getting it done right the first time!
