  Ram Jack did a great job from the sales visit to the completion of the project. The process and materials were well explained during the sales visit. The crew showed up timely and worked efficiently to complete the job. The crew leader also answered questions and concerns that I had. It was scheduled for 2.5 days and they finished and cleaned up by the end of day 2. In addition to exterior piers, I had a few piers installed in the garage and front/rear porch. I was really concerned with them hitting a post-tension cable and they did encounter one. They showed me how they were careful to not damage it while chipping the concrete. Holes were filled back in appropriately as well. In the end, they were able to restore some of foundation tilt and brick that was separated from a window was moved back into position. The cracks in the kitchen file closed back up as well. My interior walls were creaking non-stop and that has been eliminated. Highly recommend.

  Jody, Tony, and the entire team provided exceptional service in leveling my home’s foundation. The issue was severe—up to seven inches of settlement with cracks throughout the house. After three days of work, the home is back to normal: the cracks have closed, and the floors are finally level again. The quality of the workmanship, the communication throughout the project, the thorough cleanup afterward, and every other aspect of the job were handled at the highest professional level.
