  Overpriced and not upfront with their rates. Was quoted $250 (everything included)for hydrostatic test. The worker comes out and all of a sudden it's $500 because I don't have a shower downstairs. After informing him that's not at all what was discussed over the phone he "lowers" it to 400. He does diagnose a leak on the sewage line and quotes $1200 just to find where the leak is. Not to fix anything just to locate the issue. We went with someone else. He was polite i give him that.

  Our technician Seth did a phenomenal job of repairing our clogged drains and documenting all of the issues with photo and video evidence of what the next steps need to be for a full repair. Will definitely reach out again for future business

  A few weeks ago, we had a plumbing issue that required professional help. After doing some research to better understand the situation, I contacted Plumbing Outfitters. About a week later, we were scheduled with Tom, a certified plumber who clearly had the experience needed for this particular problem. He arrived on time, was both professional and personable, and took the time to explain our options and his recommendation. Within a couple of hours, everything was back in working order. We appreciate Tom’s expertise, clear communication, and efficient service. Overall, I would highly recommend Tom and Plumbing Outfitters!

  Got some repairs done on my tub spout, Kyle and Eric were speedy, sweet and cleaned up nicely behind them. I was afraid it would be super expensive but it was cheaper than I had imagined. Good experience!

  Tom Greer did an outstanding job installing our RO Water Filtration System on our quartz countertop; he also converted our main water shutoff into a turn-key solution! Tom was very professional and thoughtful, taking the time to share a lot of helpful tips for various use cases like being able to call the fire department to change out the batteries in the fire alarms. We are very pleased with all the work, and we will definitely use Plumbing Outfitter again.
