  I have been very happy with the service and quality of work from Payless Insulation. William has been very professional and communicates promptly and clearly. The insulation cleanout was done extremely well despite how difficult some of the attic areas were to access. The pricing was very reasonable. After some ceiling and AC repair they will be installing new insulation for me. I'm very happy with their work.

  Great experience from start to finish. William responded immediately when I requested a quote. Everything was explained and options presented with no high pressure feeling. Work was completed as scheduled and communication was great. I would recommend highly.

  I couldn’t be happier with the work Payless Insulation did. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire experience was outstanding. William, my point of contact, was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was completed exactly as promised. The installation crew was punctual, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they finished. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and I’ve already noticed a significant improvement in the comfort of my home. It’s clear that Payless Insulation takes pride in providing quality service and putting their customers first. I highly recommend Payless Insulation, and if you have the opportunity to work with William, you’re in great hands!

  Pay less, get less! Actually, you may get less with these guys even if you pay more like in my case, so watch out! Although their price was almost $300 more than 2 competing bids for the same job, I still favored giving them the work since their office is local business to my neighborhood. All I asked was for them not to cut any corners, and do the job properly. Their sleazy salesperson, William Deatly, assured me on all that and more, but of course I found out in the morning of installation date that they would skip installing rafter vents, insulation baffles, which means sloped material near eaves and wouldn't be uniform height everywhere albeit quoted to achieve R38 everywhere. When confronted if it was not cutting literally corners, William defended his tactic as his way of building a cheaper bid overlooking the fact that he was specifically asked not to cut any corners or else not take the job at all. He obviously wanted to pull a fast one on me in the last minute, thinking that I would just accept anything under pressure when crew shows up at my driveway and it did not work; nonetheless their lack of integrity costed me one more day off from work without getting anything done.

  The team at Payless Insulation was awesome. Polite, knowledgeable and respectful and they did a great job. They pulled out multiple types of old insulation, which was a huge job, and then replaced with new cellulose insulation. I can only imagine the difference it will make in our energy bills! I would highly recommend Payless Insulation
