  Jack came out to inspect an issue with my mini split system. He was very knowledgeable and professional, took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, and clearly explained what he found, and what my options were. I especially appreciate his straightforward and honest assessment rather than trying to push an expensive repair that might not make financial sense. Great experience and definitely deserving five stars.

  I had an excellent experience with Parobek Plumbing & Air Conditioning. The service was professional, friendly, and efficient. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the work clearly, and got everything fixed without unnecessary delays. I really appreciated their knowledgeable and helpful approach. Highly recommend Parobek for reliable plumbing and air conditioning service!

  So…I love to give credit where credit is due and why I’m posting and giving a 5 star review for Parobek AC and Plumbing. Consistency is key and important but can only attest to my first initial visit and experience. So far so good!! From beginning to end and then some I had nothing but superior customer service and outcome. The fact that they are and function as a homegrown company is a huge plus. So comforting and refreshing. I pay attention to everything…right down to the condition of the truck, the appearance of the tech and whether their shoe covers are clean or if they even have any. I had communication with the scheduler, the accounting dept and of course the technician, Logan. All get a thumbs up. They were here within 24 hrs after making an appt and on a Saturday , a workday for them. I was so relieved to get such a quick response. Logan was here to clear a drain and his kindness, his professionalism, the care he took while clearing and his thorough check of all the plumbing to offer me the opportunity to understand what we had…what looked great and what to keep an eye on was appreciated. Impressive. As for pricing…since I have not needed a plumber in years can only go by what I read and their prices seems inline with what I read. They’re out of Bastrop and we are in Austin so it was such good news to hear that they would send a tech and had that availability. I would definitely recommend checking out their website and decide for yourself but here to share our experience.

  I had a great experience with Jack, who came out to diagnose an issue with my air conditioning when it wasn’t cooling properly. He was extremely thorough and took the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be fixed. He even showed me pictures of the issue and went over the quote with me the same day, including the available financing options. The entire staff has been incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive, and they’re always available to answer any questions. I really appreciate the great customer service and professionalism from the whole team. Highly recommend! Thank you Jack for all your help! -KP

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bryce was absolutely outstanding! He came out to help us with a difficult plumbing issue and was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient from start to finish. He took the time to answer every question we had, thoroughly explained what was happening, and never made us feel rushed. What really stood out was that he left us detailed videos explaining everything, so we could refer back to them later. That level of communication and customer service is rare and very much appreciated. If you have the opportunity to work with Bryce, you’re in great hands. We couldn’t be happier with the service he provided and highly recommend him!
