  My mother’s AC unit was experiencing issues recently in Schulenburg and Jarrett Randle initially responded and repaired the problem. Andy and Eber followed up on another date to conduct some cleaning and preventative maintenance on the inside and outside components. All 3 were professional and provided great service.

  Marcus Antonius performed exceptionally! His friendliness and professionalism were superb, his manners polite, and his pink socks he wore over his shoes were fashionable. He fixed my Air Handler in seconds, befriended the native wildlife of my lands, and secured bounty for the Parobek empire...which I was happily willing to pay in exchange for the health and well-being of my borough. If ever there was a more noble burgher of Bastrop, Anthony be he. Fare Ye Well.

  Anthony at Parobek is a fantastic tech. Parobek is lucky to have him. I needed my system serviced, so i called Parobek..we set up a time for them to come. The communication was excluded. They told me Anthony would be there at 8:30am, and he was there exactly on time. He was thorough, communicated every step of the way and gave me great feedback about my system. I highly recommend Parobek and the tech Anthony.

  Parobek Plumbing & Air Conditioning provided a one-day service visit, dispatching Jeff Wilson to my home to assess a new plumbing job for a soon-to-be-dug new water well. Jeff provided immediate technical feedback on the trenching and plumbing hookup to my existing Kinetico treatment system, which is currently hooked up to a water well. The plumbing job is somewhat complicated because I want to use both the old and the new water well optionally on the same Kinetico system. Jeff was a good listener and explainer, and promptly provided feedback following his visit.

  I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company and cannot recommend them enough. Carlos was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the job was done correctly. I also really appreciated Jon, the owner. He was responsive, professional, and clearly cares about his customers and the quality of service his company provides. It is obvious that honesty, reliability, and customer satisfaction are important to both Jon and Carlos. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, and I felt confident that I was in good hands. If you are looking for a trustworthy plumbing company with excellent service, I highly recommend them.
