  Would give less than one star if I could. Came out 1/22/24 on an "emergency" call since our roll up door to our main store entrance was stuck. $1928.06 later they pulled the cover and said we needed a new clutch assembly, but they'd have to order the part which would take about 2 weeks to get and suggested we replace the whole motor as they had that in stock. We decided to replace the motor. On Friday, the 26th we still had not heard a word about the new motor, only thing I'd seen from them was the bill for 2 guys to come take the cover off. Tried calling on the 26th and was only able to get a hold of a recording stating they couldn't answer the phone, left 2 messages and heard nothing. This morning, the 29th I finally got a hold of a person. He's going to "check and see where the work order is" and send a quote for a new motor. They've never followed through with anything they've told me, find anyone else to work on your doors!

  RUN DO NOT LET THEM FIX YOUR GARAGE DOOR. HORRIBLE. NOT WORTH THE STRESS.CON ARTIST. We paid them to fix it and it broke right away...now asking Us to pay an additional $400 to fix what they broke!!!Technician left with our garage door still not going down!!! Crazy that nobody will call you back once you refuse to pay another cent. Contract says 30 days of a guarantee. NOPE

  Normally don’t leave reviews. Everything was awesome but then installation came. Horrible experience. Mistakes made all along with way and made for great stress. Was difficult to communicate with the ‘boss.’ Wouldn’t answer phone calls to correct mistakes. He never corrected the errors and crooked installation . Door didn’t close properly . Had to pay out of pocket with other company to fix it. It was bad. Wouldn’t recommend. Had high hopes but just a terrible experience.
