  Called OH of Cedar park after first technician wasn’t able to diagnose my ac system. Cobi showed up on time and carefully explained how he would identify the issue, diagnose, reproduce it, resolve it and test it. Cobi stands out from other service advisors because he went above and beyond to get things resolved in a timely fashion and properly. Highly recommend Cobi and this company.

  Cobi from the Cedar Park location came and took care of business. He was courteous and went right to work and took care of our issue right away. The fix went quick and Cobi was professional all the way. We were very satisfied with the fix and work. Thanks Codi!

  This is nothing but a booking service. I called around 4:00 PM on a Thursday, and they offered me an after-hours appointment for the same day from 8:00–10:00 PM. I booked the appointment. I received a call a little while later stating there was a glitch in the system and they couldn't accommodate me tonight. Fine. I called back, and they confirmed they couldn't be there until between 1:00–3:00 PM the following day. Fine. Then I received a call at 9:34 AM on the day of service while I was in a meeting and couldn't pick up. No problem, my fault. I called the same number back at 9:40 AM, and it went back to the original service. They said they were just trying to confirm the appointment, but it looked like the technician would still be there on time. I waited until 1:00 PM, called back to ask for a status, and again, there was a glitch in the system and the technician would be there a little after 3:00 PM. Fine. I called back at 4:39 PM, and it went to the actual technician, who said I never called him back from the 9:34 AM call. I then called the original number, and it went back to the call service, where I was put on hold. I was told they would talk to dispatch and reach out soon. I asked how long; they said 20 minutes. I typed this 25 minutes later and determined that was a lie. In summary, I am hot and this place stinks. It is a call center. Being on hold to talk to dispatch is a myth.
