  We have had two light installations with Condrack Vargas from Mr. Sparky. He installed a chandelier over a dining table on one occasion and today he installed two pendant lights over the kitchen island. Both installations were meticulously performed and look fantastic. He is extremely courteous and respectful of our home. If any future electrical needs arise we will request him.

  I had a couple of outlets not working and couldn’t figure out why. I had forgotten there was a second breaker outside. I was able to get an appt the same day I called. The technician Logan, was very nice and knowledgeable. He found the tripped breaker right away but went head and did a very thorough inspection to try to determine the cause. He found nothing concerning, it was most likely the other water cooler we had plugged in. It was great to know that it was check so thoroughly. He did recommend that we may need a higher rated surge protection of they problem continues but the inspection and troubleshooting was no cost. If I ever have another electrical issue I would definitely call them again.

  We had Bon and Caleb (along with one of their apprentices) come out to install several fans, chandeliers, and outdoor lights, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient, knocking out a long list of items all in a single day. It's clear they know what they're doing, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. We'd absolutely hire them again for future electrical work and would recommend them to anyone in need of a skilled, reliable electrician.

  Do not let this company in your house. Get a second opinion first, every time. One breaker was tripping. Mister Sparky replaced every breaker in both panels of my four year old house and charged me nearly $10,000 for it. The tech told me if I didn't do it all that night, I'd end up rewiring the whole house. Then they tried to add another $4,000 for ground rods and a surge protector. I already had a surge protector. They waived the dispatch fee, then billed emergency rates on every line. A membership fee showed up that nobody mentioned. The tech promised a lifetime warranty that doesn't exist anywhere in their paperwork. Two licensed electricians looked at the job afterward. Both said most of it wasn't needed, and one quoted a bigger job for less than half the price. I took it to the company and was offered nothing. Their whole model is scaring you into saying yes before you understand what you're paying for. Update, in response to the owner: I did contact you directly. I spoke with one of your managers, who told me that's simply what you charge and that I didn't have to sign. The only resolution offered was a refund of the membership I never signed up for. No one acknowledged the pressure your technician put on me during what was already a stressful night. I've since filed complaints with TDLR and the CFPB. Inviting me to "discuss this further" after that conversation is not a resolution.

  Mister Sparky recently has been at my 1940's era house doing a large electrical job. The first person to meet with me was Brenden F., who examined my house and made recommendations on options for levels of work projects that were available. He was polite, informative, and patient, as I am not knowledgeable when it comes to electricity and the various elements involved with how it functions. After an option was selected, the outstanding service team of Jasyn, Crayvon (Cray), and Daniel arrived the same day to address the job. They had a difficult task ahead of them due to obstacles that come with an older house. The team has been courteous, educational, thorough, and efficient, plus thoughtful of my needs during their long work hours and dedicated to the task. Jasyn even discovered an issue that needed to be addressed by the City and met with them immediately; the helpful service repairman with the City also was impressed with Jasyn. Additionally, Jasyn has been extremely patient with my many questions and concerns and has thought out of the box to create amenable solutions for me. Cray has an impressive positive attitude and can-do outlook, even at the end of a very tiring day. Daniel, like Jasyn and Cray, kept focused on the various jobs at hand; all of them have worked hard and stayed directed toward accomplishing the job as well as possible. I give them a 5-star rating with good reason!
