  Shawn was really great and informative, was able to get the information for a new unit and didn’t feel pressured to upgrade right away. Will definitely need to and already paid for the yearly maintenance fee which is a reasonable price at $129. He did give us tips we could do in the mean time to assist with our old AC unit as we just moved here from FT Benning.

  Marshall and Hunter both worked together and did a great job. I have slight ocd and ask lots of questions. They both are patient with me and answered my questions with ease. I really trust Kinsey plumbing. They are responsive and have good experienced plumbers. I will continue to call Kinsey for all my plumbing needs.

  We were having problems with our garbage disposal, and Marshall came out to take a look. He quickly figured out what was wrong, replaced/fixed what was needed, and had everything working perfectly in less than 30 minutes! I’m extremely happy with the service. Marshall was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. It’s such a relief when someone knows exactly what they’re doing and gets the job done right without wasting any time. 👏 Thank you so much, Marshall, for the excellent service! You definitely deserve recognition for a job well done. 10/10 service — highly recommend!

  James Maddox with Kinsey HVAC was absolutely excellent! From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly kind, warm, professional, and personable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. Beyond doing a great job, James was just a genuinely good person to talk with. We had a great conversation while he was here, and you can tell he truly cares about the people he serves…not just getting the job done. It’s rare to come across this level of customer service these days. Kinsey HVAC has a great one in James! I would absolutely recommend him and Kinsey HVAC to anyone needing HVAC service.   I called Kinsey Plumbing Heating for a second opinion on an AC repair. I was quoted from another company a 15k fix that felt extreme. James came over and was a complete professional. He answered all questions I had and diagnosed/fixed the issue for a fraction of the cost. I will be using Kinsey for my future AC problems and I'm glad they employ professionals like James who understand homeowners budgets.
