  We called for a water heater drain and plumbing inspection. Andrew is no pushy sales man. He comes from a family of plumbers and enjoys the value of transparency and earning your trust to give a worth while in depth knowledge and cost, for your situation and long term value. He will walk you through different scenarios for what you would like to do before you consider any decisions. I highly recommend them!

  I had a drain stopped up at my airbnb. I called three places and Homeworxs was a fraction of the price of the other two companies. They responded quickly and worked with the guests schedule. Thanks for the help.

  Beware of this company we hired Andrew who came out to inspect and provide a list of what was needed , he provided the list with the agreement of the scope with no further items , we accepted and paid 50% , upon arriving he said there were more items needing attention that were easily visible to him that should have been called out and initially , only after he was working he said he needed $2500 to continue , this is unfair and hurtful to hardworking people , now ANDREW won’t answer any call BEWARE

  Andrew Stone came out to assess our clogged drains situation. Pulled out his color boroscope camera and rapidly identified the two clogs we had. We elected to have him unclog the one he could address immediately, the kitchen sink. Quick and thorough action on his part first penetrated the clog with his auger then cleaned it with his mini hydraulic blaster. Then he scoped the sewer pipe to the clean out at the far end of the house to assure there were no other down stream clogs. The other clog was at the washing machine drain on the far exterior wall of the garage. The camera showed the sewer had degraded and will have to be replaced by excavation at that end of the house.

  Free diagnosis service included a $199 charge. Insistent on the upsell of an 8-10-lifetime service package at 2x more the cost of just replacement. Was told the diagnosis charge of $199 would apply to service, but couldn’t guarantee service, a time window or provide a price ahead of time. Insisted on replacing the 80g with same size even though I explained the house came with a 40g which I upgraded previously and wanted to return. (I choose the size of my water heater, not you). Tech was very friendly but was being directed on the phone to obviously and aggressively upsell service. Poor advise and misrepresentation force me to take my business elsewhere, I get the need to upsell but this was borderline predatory. As they didn’t do any actual work, I give 3 stars, but without the friendly tech that would be lower.
