He was incredibly helpful in guiding me through material selection—patiently walking me through different options, finishes, and what would work best for my space. What really stood out was how proactive and collaborative he was. Blake coordinated directly with my installer in Chicago to ensure everything was delivered smoothly and on time, which made the entire project feel seamless. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customer experience and getting things right. I’d highly recommend Hardwood Bargains, and especially Blake, to anyone looking for quality materials and strong support from start to finish.

  We chose Hardwood Bargains for several reasons. First was their service. Nathan was our contact and helped walk us through the process of sending samples, to ordering and receiving the flooring. He was such a big help and always available. Second was the many choices of flooring and different price categories to choose from. I must say samples are better than pictures. Nathan also assisted with choosing installers. Our new floors are everything we hoped for and more. We highly recommend giving Hardwood Bargains a try.

  Nathan at Hardwood Bargains was such a pleasure to work with! Super accommodating and helpful, super responsive, checked in with us a bunch during the whole process, and the floors ended up absolutely beautiful. Would absolutely recommend Hardwood Bargains and Nathan in particular!
