  Ari was communicative, thorough, and great to work with. He explained all of the flooring options clearly and was incredibly helpful in helping me choose the flooring that worked best for my home. The whole process was smooth, and I really appreciated his knowledge and patience. Also the pricing is very good and If I need anymore flooring i’m coming back. Highly recommend!

From our very first visit, Nate was professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute gentleman. He took the time to understand our project, answered all of our questions honestly, and was completely transparent throughout the entire process. There was never any pressure—just genuine advice and excellent customer service. He worked directly with the manufacturer to make sure we received the best pricing possible and went above and beyond to get our flooring materials delivered quickly so our project could stay on schedule. One of the best recommendations Nate made was introducing us to an incredible contractor team, who did an amazing job with our installation. Having both great materials and a trusted contractor made the entire renovation process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for quality flooring and exceptional customer service, ask for Nate.   Westleigh at Hardwood Bargains was excellent to work with throughout our flooring search. He was consistently responsive, helpful, and professional, and took the time to answer our questions and guide us through the options without ever being pushy. Even though we ultimately went in a different direction and didn’t end up purchasing through Hardwood Bargains, I still wanted to recognize how well he treated us during the process. His customer service was genuinely appreciated, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend reaching out to him if you’re shopping for hardwood flooring. He’s a true gem!

  My friendly neighbor, but instead of a cup of sugar, Jason had exactly the soundproofing slat panels we were looking for. What an amazing inventory they have on hand (a real lifesaver when you need something you can put your hands on at short notice). Good old fashioned customer service and responsiveness. The real deal, not an internet order processing shell!

  I worked with Jason at Hardwood Bargains and had a great experience start to finish. I don't know much about flooring, and he took the time to walk me through everything. He was patient and educational, explained all their product offerings, and pointed me in the right direction without any pressure. He was completely transparent on the cost breakdown, which I really appreciated. He was also super responsive every time I reached out, and I reached out more than once. When I stopped by their location to check out the floor demo, he was welcoming and happy to answer all my questions. I ended up going with full hardwood flooring for my new office along with the wooden wall slats, and the space looks amazing. Super satisfied with how it all turned out and will definitely be back. Highly recommend asking for Jason.
