- MGMaxim Griman1 day ago1.0Very disappointing experience. We had an agreement with Grime Time to rent a 30-yard dumpster with scheduled pickups every 30–45 days upon our request. Without any prior discussion, they emailed us saying they would no longer honor our agreement and instead offered a more expensive alternative, giving us only a few days to respond. Before we even had a chance to reply, they showed up the very next morning and removed the dumpster without calling, waiting for our response, or making any effort to discuss the situation. We always paid on time and fully complied with our agreement. Their decision and the way they handled it caused unnecessary disruption to our business. Even after accepting their new terms the service wasn’t resumed. If they wanted to renegotiate the terms, that’s their right—but removing essential equipment before the customer has a chance to respond is unprofessional and not how you treat a reliable, paying customer. I can’t recommend doing business with a company that handles its customers this way.

During a routine dumpster drop-off, their driver reversed straight into my gate and pretty much destroyed it. To their credit, Loren Gray initially assured me the company would take care of the damage. Unfortunately, after that… complete silence. Apparently customer service gets hauled away with the dumpsters too. So if your project requires waste removal and surprise property damage with zero follow-through, they’ve got you covered. For everyone else: I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your dumpster needs. ---- March 19th Update. Despite the comment from ownership below, still no contact to resolve this dispute.
