  Great experience with Goettl Plumbing! Daniel came out to perform maintenance on my water heater and was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a great job and made sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Goettl Plumbing and Daniel for their excellent service!

  These guys are very, very professional, and I have nothing but a five-star rating for GOETTL Air Conditioning and Plumbing. I had been using another large air conditioning and plumbing company here in the Austin area for years, but unfortunately, their service had really gone downhill. I finally decided to give GOETTL a try, and I’m extremely glad I did. I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. They’ve been professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Based on my experience so far, I can definitely see myself using GOETTL for my air conditioning and plumbing needs for the long term. If you’re reading this and looking for a company to handle your air conditioning or plumbing needs, give GOETTL a call. I highly recommend them. You won’t go wrong. I also have to give a special shout-out to Francisco, the service provider who came to my home. He was extremely professional and very, very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood what was going on. I can’t say enough great things about Francisco and the entire GOETTL team. His professionalism and knowledge definitely made a great impression on me.

  I had what I thought was a bad break in my water line, however after Brent woth goettl and the city of georgetown were able to get my water shut off my issue turned out to be a leak that still needed addressing and Brent was able to get the repair done effectively and efficiently and during the peak temp of the day. And while I know reviews have stated prices are high, I got service within 12 hours of reporting my issue, and for the amount of waiting we did for the water to truly be turned off which also led to the discovery of a broken city valve, plus digging by hand, and repairing the line with tools that are designed to help keep the water pressure under better control and hopefully minimize future leaks, I would call the prices higher than what I really wanted but it fit the workload for today and gives me peace of mind on my pipes for a while. Plus inflation has made everything crazy high. Brent was also explaining what he was doing, he walked through what the prv does and how it helps and stuck it out. He’s a trooper and I hope he knows how grateful we were for his work and patience.

  I had Chris and Miguel and they handled my ac issues well! My thermostat went out in the middle of a heatwave. However, Chris came and fixed the issue, but as well as that they gave me a complete rundown of my system. They even managed to provide a years membership on top of it for a reasonable price!

  When we experienced an AC issue during one of the hottest months of the year late in the evening we found it challenging to get any of the service companies to commit to a time for someone to come out, except Goettl. While I was nervous about the automated voice interface, someone from their office called at 7am the next morning to confirm service technicians would be at my home around 9. The technicians were very friendly and explained everything that needed to happen. While the news could have been better, they got our system working again. If you want someone to come promptly and do quality work, call them. All the other services eventually responded and none would have been able to help us in a timely fashion. Thanks Bobby & Matthew along with the whole Goettl team!
