  He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes.. then spent an hour telling me about the other problems with the system.. spent 5 minutes fixing the problem (a clogged pipe) while asking me to help plug a hole.. then added a ball valve that I didn’t ask for.. talked for another 40 minutes about all the problems with my ac… went out to his car for 30 minutes.. came back in and sat on my couch and lectured me and my partner for another 45 minutes about how we need to get a new system and quoting us all these things that we didn’t ask for.. wasted like 4 hours of our night that we had plans to do stuff.. then charged us almost 400 dollars for blowing out a pipe and putting a ball valve on that we didn’t ask for.. literally the worst experience in any homeowners maintenance I have ever experienced.. Jarod needs a lesson in how to interact with human beings.. ridiculous…

  I had a great experience working with Goettl on my water heater replacement. Jacob was my technician, and he was super transparent and knowledgeable about the entire process. There was a small hiccup due to previous owner boxing in the water heater with the door frame. Jacob was able to provide me with all options to proceed and helped me make an informed decision. He removed the old frame and suggested future improvements and a care plan for my new water heater. He left my space clean and tidy. I will definitely be using Goettl in the future for issues and maintenance.

  Stephen from Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing was an absolute lifesaver. My AC went out in the middle of the Texas summer, and after getting ghosted or dealing with terrible communication from several other companies, Stephen was a breath of fresh air. He was communicative, informative, and incredibly kind from start to finish. He showed me pictures and videos of the issue, made sure I fully understood the problem, and got everything resolved quickly. He also signed me up for a maintenance membership so I can keep the unit in good shape moving forward. Outstanding service and professionalism — highly recommend Stephen and Goettl!

  Kevin was fantastic from start to finish. He came out to evaluate our HVAC system for preventative maintenance and was incredibly friendly, prompt, and communicative throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how clearly he explained every component of our system in a way that actually made sense, without ever feeling pushy or overwhelming. I really appreciated that he gave us honest recommendations based on his years of experience and helped us understand our options in a way that fit our budget. Instead of trying to upsell us, he helped us come up with a realistic game plan for the next six months to a year, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We also signed up for the company’s membership program and honestly think it’s such a great value. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend Kevin and the entire team.

Josh arrived promptly and communicated clearly regarding the steps needed to repair a broken angle valve and a leaking toilet. He was professional throughout the process and kept me updated on his progress.
