  Jerry is an absolute LEGEND! He arrived to my rental property very fast and sorted out the issue immediately. Told me what needed to be done first and then what we can work on later as my ac unit is quite old. Excellent service, I signed up for maintenance straight away. Thank you so much Jerry and the team involved 🙏🏼

  I had Goettl out for a couple of plumbing tasks. They were very prompt with the initial visit even though it was just before a holiday. They provided the estimate and were flexible with my scheduling requirements. My service Technician Daniel was terrific. He kept me apprised of everything he was doing and went out of his way to make sure the work was done in a timely manner, and to my satisfaction, including the post service clean-up. He was very polite and answered all of my questions in a very easy to understand way. I couldn't be happier with his work.

  Goettl has been the best! As brand-new first time homeowners, we did not know what to do about the poor-tasting water or non-functioning A/C unit. They came out quickly, offered solutions for the water at reasonable prices. We ended up getting a whole-home carbon filter installed plus a reverse osmosis tap for the kitchen for drinking water. When the A/C broke, they were out the very next morning on the Fourth of July and had it fixed before 10am. Special shoutouts to Elias and Jerrod for the fast and friendly service. Don’t know what we would do without Goettl!

  Our AC (Daikin Fit, installed in Dec 2019) has never worked as well as we thought it should. Goettl was able to come by on June 26, and spent a few hours identifying several points where the Dayton installers had cut corners or not understood Daikin procedures during their install process. Our technician was able to correct several of them that night. There is still some work to be done, but the system is working better than ever.

  I have been using Goettl A/C and heating now for a few years now, and have been very please with their professionalism. They truly care about the customer and that's rare these days. My water softener went out and needed to be replaced, and Brent the plumber came out and helped me choose the correct softener for my home needs. There are several factors to consider in this kind of decision, but Brent made it very clear. Then Elias and Austin showed up a few days later to install the new softener. Wow!! What a great job they did. Benjamin their manager also assisted me in in helping me finance my unit at 0% APR!! This was awesome and much appreciated! Thank you Team Goettl for having the customer as PRIORITY ONE!! As a side note, I also love their service payment plan. Talk about making things easy!! A lot of perks come with that program. Goettle is the clear winner in my book!!!
