  I couldn’t be more pleased with the work performed by Rodney's electrical crew. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was completed properly and safely. They added a surge protector to the existing power box, installed a proper ground rod, and added protective tubing around the exposed wiring to protect it from weathering and the elements. The attention to detail was excellent, and it was clear that they took pride in doing the job correctly rather than simply getting it done quickly. I especially appreciated how thoroughly they explained the work and the purpose of the improvements. Everything was installed neatly, securely, and with long-term reliability in mind. The additional protection gives me much greater confidence that the electrical system is properly protected from weather and electrical surges. The crew was respectful of my property, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and orderly when they finished. Their workmanship and professionalism were exceptional. I highly recommend this electrical team to anyone looking for quality electrical work, attention to safety, and dependable service. They did an outstanding job, and I would definitely use them again for future electrical needs!

  Lovell from DC Electric Austin, TX did a great job in replacing my three smoke detectors. He came on time, did his work efficiently and well. He explained the city code with regard to smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, DC Electric’s warranties for the devices and what to do if I have any problems with these detectors. He cleaned up after his work and was most courteous and respectful. I am most grateful to him for his good work!

  Pete, with DC Electric, based right here in Austin Tx, came out and provided a fast and friendly quote. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, called to ask if it was OK to come early, and offered to bring a tea or coffee because he was stopping for one himself. He was an active listener, asked excellent questions to better understand my immediate needs and long term vision, and delivered excellent customer service. The way Pete showed up is how you build a brand and a community of people that trust and support a local company. Kudos 👏 Pete.

  DC Electric did an incredible job upgrading our home’s electrical service and installing an upgraded smart panel. The entire team (Lovell Price, Dani Haddad, Rashad Quarles, Rico Aponte, Max Rush, and Rodney Bonner) were phenomenal from start to finish. They were extremely respectful of our property and took great care while executing a massive job. With my wife being pregnant, keeping our home comfortable and our food cold was a top priority. The crew went above and beyond by setting up a generator to keep our refrigerator running, then powered through the intense heat of the day to get our main power back online as quickly as possible. Their speed, craftsmanship, and genuine thoughtfulness made a potentially stressful major project seamless. I can’t recommend DC Electric enough!

  I had DC install my new Tesla charger. I contacted a few different companies and DC was the only one who actually sent someone to my home to look at the installation and give me an accurate quote. All of the others wanted me to take a bunch of pictures and text them before they would even talk to me. Daniel from DC came out literally the day after I contacted them. He spent over an hour with me explaining everything. He gave me several options. It was a professional, customer focused experience. The installers, Rico and Lovell came out the next week to do the installation. They were awesome, friendly and totally professional. They finished the installation, exactly how I had discussed it with Daniel. It took them less than two hours and the job was neat and clean I would highly recommend DC Electric for Tesla installation. The only negative was when I called to ask some questions in between quote and install. They have this super sketchy and fake AI called Dane. I have never experienced such a terrible automated system. There's even sounds in the background to make it seem like Dane is a real person in a busy office taking time to answer your call. It's the cheesiest most unauthentic crap. They need to change that. When Dane answers, just ask him what his last name is and he'll admit he's AI.
