  Our experience with Chesmar Homes had been great. Jennifer helped us the best she can throughout our home buying process. She had been very responsive, diligent and always open to answer our questions. Big thanks to Jennifer, for making it easier for us. Also, thanks to our building managers, Michael and Peter. They have been very helpful and supportive.

  Chesmar Sweetwater homes the Kimberly floor plan is absolutely stunning and Jennifer Hazard made our experience so enjoyable. Jennifer is kind, knowledgeable and willing to help out even on her days off. I appreciate Jennifer’s attention to detail and her true care and concerns for her customers and I would love to work with her in our future endeavors. 👏👏👏

  I have always had an awesome experience with Chesmar Homes in Sweetwater. The staff is super professional and responsive. The projects finish on time. And Chesmar builds quality homes at a great value.

  Chesmar has been nothing but perfection! The closing date never changed, our home is gorgeous and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful home. Jennifer was the person of contact and she truly set the bar high with her quick responses to any and all questions and guidance with this being our first time buying. Her design help is beyond anything I’ve ever seen! She will help you create your dream home! She called once a week with an update which only made me more excited and even more at ease. Thank you again for everything! They will walk you through any and all warranty questions, and help you better understand the home and only made me feel more comfortable if anything were to happen. Best of all little to no blue tape when finding errors only VERY minor cosmetic paint, and they fixed it right up:). Overall, a wonderful experience. Chesmar knows what they’re doing!
