  We had two bathrooms remodeled with Cabinets To Go. Our experience with Genevieve Albert, the Store Manager, was excellent! The cabinet installers were very professional and did a great job. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same for the Countertop Company. Both countertops were delivered damaged but the installer (who did a great job) was able to hide the damage on both. When he picked up the countertops from the company to install them he discovered the damage and asked them what he should do about it. They told him to take them anyway, and install them. BUT…we knew the damage was there! Not a good way to do business. Cabinets To Go was not the problem as they did everything they could to satisfy us. The countertop company did not advise us BEFORE they were delivered. Obviously, honesty was not their priority. Overall, we would highly recommend Cabinets To Go-even with the problem with the countertop company. The damages were hidden…..but we would like to have been told about the damages BEFORE they were delivered……..because now we know they were damaged every time we go into our bathrooms. Just puts a little damper on things for us. Unfortunately, not all vendors can be relied upon outside of Cabinets To Go. Our experience with Cabinets To Go was much better than average though!   The store manager Genevieve was a delight to work with. The Ocala store which she manages had only been open a few weeks but business was in full swing. Geni was one Women Wonder! We were a walk in at 9:30AM and we got to work straight away on our kitchen design. Geni moved effectively between us, an appointment she had and phone calls never missing a beat. Over the course of the next several weeks communication was seamless. Every phone call and email was answered promptly and she remembered all the details and offered excellent advice along the way. Geni was putting in some long hours 6 days a week but never lost the polite cheerful attitude we were initially greeted with. Thanks a million

  What an awesome experience! Brian is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly wants to help his customers find the best option. It's nice to have a salesperson who is also such a tremendous resource!

  Seen the sign, Under new management so it grabbed my attention. After shopping for cabinets for a month I met a gentleman named Brian and couldn't be happier. He was the most sincere salesman I have ever met, Shot me strait and found me the best deal out there. Thank You Brian for explaining everything and making it easy!

  Posted phone number is wrong, unless they don't like to answer their phone and hang up on people April 2, 11:45 am kept hanging up on me. So, I'll take my business elsewhere.
