  Originally I would have given Austin Windowwerks 5 stars for our initial purchase of our windows. I did a DIY install but they were helpful and offered advice and suggestions. However, recently we found what looked like a BB shot through the outside window pane of our livingroom window. I emailed a number of times but took a few more attempts before I stopped by their office when they finally set up a time for someone to come out and confirm specs for a replacement glass panel. They came out, installed and all was good. However, that new glass panel cracked again from the very edge of the window pane. I emailed, again with no response, had to stop by again, they took a week or so longer than thought to come out to look at the new cracked glass. They told me that something must have hit it . . . of course, not their fault. So they would not replace it. There was no way for me to argue the point but why would one window out of 8 panels that face the same back yard get hit by a stray rock or whatever and nothing ever happen to the others. They said they couldn't help me but would call the manufacturer and see if they would offer some sort of discount since we had just replaced it so recently. Have I heard back from them . . . . no. To top it off, a friend of mine from our church whom I had referred Austin Windowwerks to said he tried to contact them and he never got a reply. Not sure what's going on but sad to have this go

  Vary good service and know their job. Product was just what I wanted. Highly recommend five stars. 6-24

  If I could give 10 stars I would! We were the unfortunate victims of vandalism. I called and they had someone out quickly and got us patched up. The materials were ordered and installed the next day with nothing but professionalism and amazing customer service. I would high recommend them!

  Needed my window replaced from storm and they said they would fit me in and a supervisor would give me a call. Never received a call, then called them back and supervisor was on the other line and would call back, two hours later no call. Found another window company to come out and look at my window. This will be passed on to the realtors in the area.
