  Katrina is amazing. She helped me from start to finish, and her selling approach was very consultative. We had one minor hiccough with my contractor trying to pick up the delivery from the warehouse and being turned down, but that was a warehouse issue not AFF issue. Highly recommend working with Katrina. I ordered cork planks for my upstairs refinished attic, and it looks amazing.

  I love it!  My new carpet from Austin Fine Floors makes my new house finally feel like home.  They had a wide selection of carpets so I was able to find just what I wanted. The installation team was super, great.   Since every bedroom in the house was being re-carpeted, there was a lot of moving around of furniture. The team took good care of it. Thanks for the GREAT service, and attention to detail. I had just had my door trim painted and the installation team did not ding them! Hugs to the team.

  Ryan and team made getting our new hardwood floors installed easy and efficient. The crew showed up on-time, did great work and were very polite. Quoting, scheduling and payment were also very easy, I will recommend Ryan and Austin Fine Floors to anyone looking to install new flooring!

  Just terrible service. Had them out to quote me in October of 2016. Still waiting. I continue to call and ask and I get the I'll call you back. Still waiting. Do NOT do business with these folks. Tired of it!

  I couldn't be happier with Austin Fine Floors! We had hardwoods recently installed, while we were away on vacation, and Ryan and team did a fantastic job! They are absolutely gorgeous, they finished the job under our small timeframe and even cleaned leaving our home spotless and perfect for when we got back in town. I would recommend Austin Fine Floors to anyone and everyone I know! Super friendly customer service, trustworthy and amazed at the final result. Thank you Austin Fine Floors!
