  Super kind, patient and helpful staff. Shout out to Celeste. She helped me with tile selection and gave me samples. Overall a very pleasant and productive experience. Important Note: These companies do not sell directly to consumers, people who come into their shop are usually accompanied by an interior designer. Well, I wanted to speed things up so I went by myself. I got somewhat nasty and impatient service from Stratus Surfaces. Plus, Stratus didn't have what I wanted and they acted like they couldn't be bothered.

  Really great I kind of knew exactly what I was looking for, but I didn’t wanna feel pressure or sales or anything like that. I didn’t feel any of that. They just showed me where to look and then showed me the granite showroom. Let me have the paperwork and let me wander by myself, which is how I like to do when I’m first trying to get my ideas together. I was helped by Iyenna and she’s so very helpful. I’m sure we’ll be back to order our product from here;)

  Yoshua at Arizona Tile was absolutely outstanding to work with. From the start, he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect stone for our project. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guiding us through the options without any pressure. What really stood out was his commitment to making sure we not only found the right stone, but also secured it. He stayed on top of inventory and helped coordinate the hold, including an extension, making the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. He also scheduled time for us to come back and lay out each slab in our hold, which made a huge difference in visualizing everything and feeling confident in our selection. On top of that, Yoshua is extremely approachable and friendly. He always had a smile on his face, and despite being very busy, we never felt rushed and always felt like a priority. He was also proactive in calling to clear up any discrepancies as we were getting quotes from multiple fabricators, which we really appreciated. It is clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. If you are working with Arizona Tile, ask for Yoshua. You will be in excellent hands.

  A great big thank you to Yoshua! I'm a former interior decorator which means my taste, especially when selecting for myself can be quite the task. I've been wanting a particular type of slab for a few years now and yoshua found it and made it possible. Thanks again!

  While I have been going to AZT for years for clients' tile and countertops with great results, today's staff (Ana and the lady who greated us when we walked in) were so welcoming and funny. Top Notch customer service!
