  Accurate Leak replaced all the cast iron drainage piping under my house after it rotted away. They provided excellent service - including the ability to email and text a dedicated point of contact who was amazing (Jacklyn). The crew delivered exactly what they promised and there were no mid-project "gotchas" that other companies seemed to indicate would happen. I signed one contract, they did the work with excellence, were focused on my satisfaction, and didn't spring any unexpected fees or add'l costs. Just a straight up good company with which to work.

  I am going to write a very honest and candid review so that others researching this project can get as much info as possible. I have a mid century with pipes that were rotting so I needed to replace the sewage lines. After consulting with 5 other companies, I decided to go with Accurate Leak & Line. They had the cheapest estimate by $5000 and Patrick, who gave me the estimate, was friendly and informative so it seemed like the right move. Here's what I can say...they did an awesome job on the work itself. Both the excavation and the pipe crews were friendly and respectful of my property. Carlos was my main point of contact at Accurate on site at the job and he was very polite and easy to work with. I was, however, a little disappointed in the lack of communication at times. For example, once I agreed to the estimate, they scheduled the excavation crew without even calling me to see if I was ready for the project to start. I was actually going out of town so they had to push the project and reschedule everything (we could have done it once if someone would have reached out). Once the tunnel was dug, there was kinda a lull for a little over a week of nothing happening and no one really informing me on what is going on. But then all of a sudden, they smashed the whole thing out quickly and it passed inspection/looks great. So yea, if you don't mind having to do a little follow up work and just stay on them for communication, I would say they are a great company to go with.

  Wonderful, respectful, professional work. We needed to have the cast iron pipes replaced on our property, which can be costly and a general nightmare. Family and neighbors had recently had to undertake the same project and saw surprise costs continually bump up their invoices. Of the companies we got estimates from, Accurate was middle of the pack but seemed thorough in their assessment and came with a longer warranty than others. In the end, the project cost what was expected, making it easy to budget and deal with. This is such a big project and everyone was real respectful of our property, pets, and kid. I couldn’t be happier with our experience

  Patrick came out for a free estimate on the belly in our sewer line that our inspector reported when we bought our house. He was very kind and professional, and while he gave us an estimate that was several thousand dollars less than the one we got from a different plumber, he didn’t pressure us at all to go ahead and commit to a service appointment. He advised that since we weren’t experiencing any issues actively that it wasn’t urgent, and explained what they would do with a new pipe to resolve the belly issue, should it become a problem. He even gave us a new cap that would pop up if there was a backup, so that we could catch it and get the pipe replaced before a backup goes into the pipes under the house. I really really appreciated that. If/when we’re noticing a backup (or possibly sooner just so we can add a paved path in that spot) we will definitely be calling Accurate

  I previously used this company for an exterior leak issue, and that experience was actually very positive. They were able to identify and resolve the problem successfully, which is why I trusted them again for this new issue. Unfortunately, this recent experience was very disappointing and concerning. I was told that my home failed a hydrostatic test and isolation test and was advised that major under-slab repair/tunneling (20 feet long) work was needed. The report was very simple without enough details. However, given the high cost for the repair, I later hired another licensed plumbing company for a second opinion. They performed both a full camera inspection and another hydrostatic test, with me personally present and observing the entire process from start to finish. The second company found no visible pipe damage on camera inspection, and the hydrostatic test passed without any meaningful water level drop. Based on those results, there was no evidence of an active drain leak requiring repair. Given the scale, cost, and invasive nature of the repair that was recommended to me, I expected a much higher level of certainty, documentation, and professionalism before being told that such major work was necessary. I appreciate the good work they did for my previous exterior leak issue, but after this experience, I no longer feel confident trusting their diagnosis for major plumbing repairs. I attached the isolation result and quote as a reference.
