  AC went completely out on a Sunday. I called multiple places and only got an ai voice prompt until I called AC Superheroes. Got a live person, he arrived at my place in less than hour and got my AC back up and running. Very nice and patient group of workers and it was so appreciated!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with AC Superheroes. When both of my stores at Round Rock Premium Outlets developed AC problems, I contacted this company because I had used them before. They told me their technician was already at the property and could diagnose the systems, so I authorized the inspection. About 15–20 minutes later, my employees called to tell me that the store had suddenly lost power. I immediately contacted the technician, who said he had accidentally tripped a breaker. Mall management reset the main breaker and restored the electricity, but after this incident, the AC system at that store would no longer operate at all. AC Superheroes initially quoted approximately $800 for this location and $3,500 for my other store. Because my employees described the technician as appearing nervous and uncertain after the power went out, I decided to obtain a second opinion. Another HVAC company inspected the unit and told me the motor inside the system had been severely damaged and that the repair would cost close to $4,000. I reported the entire situation to mall management. They contacted AC Superheroes and told me the company would work toward resolving the problem. During this process, my store remained without air conditioning for 18 days in July. The indoor temperature reached approximately 87°F, and customers frequently entered and left without shopping because of the heat. AC Superheroes later told me that the suite numbers on their original estimates had been mixed up and that the repair for the affected store would actually cost approximately $3,500. I explained that I did not believe I should be responsible for damage that occurred during their technician’s visit and that I intended to pursue the matter in small claims court. After I sent a demand letter requesting repair of the AC and compensation for my business losses, Lucas contacted me on the next business day. He offered to complete the repair for $1,500, provided that we agreed not to work together again afterward. Wanting to resolve the matter quickly, I accepted without negotiating. They repaired the AC the following day, but it worked for only about 20 hours before failing again. They returned and repaired it a second time, but it stopped working again approximately four hours later. They then asked me to hire an electrician. I did so, and the electrician reported that he could not find an electrical problem. Lucas has now told me that he will not repair the system again and that he left the additional motor with mall management. It is now August, and my store still has no working air conditioning. These are the events as I personally experienced and documented them. The company did not provide a lasting repair, and the system failed twice shortly after their work. I will leave it to potential customers to decide whether this is the level of service and accountability they expect from an HVAC company. I genuinely wish businesses would simply stand behind their work and complete the job properly. Additions to my first comment . I saw owner’s comment. He said that he took care of the situation professionally, but I didn’t see it . Yes he made effort but he didn’t say his technician tripped the braker. Store is still without AC . Thanks to Mall management that , they found other AC company who is going to change all wiring . So AC Superheroes failed big time in this job . They caused so much problem and as a local business owner , I lost so much business bc of them . I lost busiest season . Thanks to Simon property group that they will cover the expense that Ac Superheroes caused. Now they know also that Ac Superheroes lost credibility in their eyes. You don’t have to defend yourself in this situation. Sometime you loose money in the business to take care of customers needs. But you won’t loose dignity and reputation. In this case you lost credibility in front of mall management eyes too . I won’t recommend to anyone who has business in their center . I added technician text that he tripped the braker.

  AC went out on Friday. They had a full and complete replacement done Saturday by noon. Seriously fastest and best service ever. Highly recommend. You would think that because it was an emergency repair and late Friday afternoon and a Saturday so there would be some additional charges or emergency fees. There wasn’t. I looked at rates from other companies as many people do just to compare pricing and install fees and what I found was this a service I could get done much quicker through this company but also the price was in line. In fact it was a little bit less than some of the other competitors in the area.. That blew my mind. Lastly the interaction with the team and the customer service was excellent. Very responsive and very engaged. They didn’t push a product it felt more like they were trying to help and assist, and as they were trying to sell and schedule. This should be the community go to provider.
