Phillip preformed exceptionally well. He replaced two garage door rubber seals and corrected a few items with the additional tune-up. I strongly recommend this young man as your technician.

Patrick Day was punctual, did the tune-up and noticed the bracket was almost cracked. He advised me to replace it, which he did. He was a gentleman and very courteous! Thank you Patrick!!!

Michael did an amazing job! Very professional and was very patient while educating me on what needed to be repaired. He was done in no time, I am very pleased with my service and my garage door is running smoother than I’ve ever seen it run.

A1 Garage has not let us down once! Even when we are unsure if the door needs serviced or we are just being "crazy" they are happy to come out and inspect that everything is right and proper. Matt R. was phenomenal on his last visit! As I was not too keen on what the exact issue was he was patient while my husband spoke to him through our security system to explain what it was doing. Coupled with a short video of the issue Matt immediately located the issue, worked with his team/boss, and had the matter resolved within an hour! Matt was extremely professional and courteous during his entire visit. His patience with my lack of knowledge of the situation and working with my husband through our camera system was beyond measure! He ensured to explain everything he found and how he solved it; and better, he used layman terms for my ignorant self (LOL). He wanted to be sure that he solved every matter we were concerned about prior to his departure. No matter the obstacle Matt worked around it to ensure the work could be completed same-day. Our garage door opens/closes even smoother than it did before and now we can pull in/out without worrying if we will be trapped on either side of the door. Thanks A1 for hiring such competent and professional individuals! Thank you Matt for resolving our issues and being so flexible with us!
