  Called A Plus because my AC stopped cooling my home to temperature at night. Over the course of three separate visits in less than a week, two different technicians came out, charged me $400 total for various repairs, and the unit’s performance never changed — still couldn’t hit the temperature I needed. On one visit, the technician left without saying a word to me and left my front door unlocked on his way out. I didn’t know he’d left or what he’d done. I later found out he hadn’t actually done anything to address the issue. When I called back to say the problem still wasn’t fixed, “Greg” called me and was condescending — explained basic AC function to me, and claimed Austin “doesn’t even want” my AC at 72 degrees when it’s 100 outside. It hasn’t been 100 degrees, and I was only trying to cool the house at night, when outdoor temps are much lower — so his explanation didn’t even apply to my situation. He also told me to call the city to have them check my AC unit since it’s a green rated home. When I said I’d never heard of the city doing that, he admitted he hadn’t either — so I’m not sure why he suggested it. Three visits, $400, no fix, an unlocked house, and a dismissive callback that included advice he couldn’t even back up. Can’t recommend.

  Called mid day Sunday and within an hour Tyler arrived. He assessed the problem, had my air conditioner up and running cold in no time. Very pleased with the service and reasonably priced.

  Had a long-time problem with airflow in one our rooms. Cam came out, identified the issue right off and had it taken care of in no time. Quality and efficiency of work was excellent and Cam was super personable. Great experience!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+ Air Conditioning — and an A++ Technician We had a pretty rough stretch with our HVAC system and, honestly, after dealing with several other companies who were either dishonest, pushy, or trying to upsell us into oblivion, we were starting to lose faith in the entire industry. Then A+ Air Conditioning sent Tyler — and everything changed. Tyler removed our old, broken evaporator coil and installed a brand‑new one, and the difference in professionalism was obvious from the moment he arrived. What really impressed us was the level of care he put into the job. After recharging the system, it took some extra time to get everything perfectly dialed in, but he never rushed, never cut corners, and never once acted like he had somewhere else to be. He stayed past 7 PM just to make sure the system was running exactly the way it should. That kind of work ethic is rare these days, and it didn’t go unnoticed. He’s an incredibly impressive young man - knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and genuinely committed to doing things the right way. At one point I even joked about trying to sign him to an exclusive contract, but I promise I’m not trying to steal him from A+… even if I was tempted.😜 And it wasn’t just Tyler. Every single person we interacted with at A+ was kind, helpful, and honest. The ladies who we first talked to, and who managed the process were absolutely incredible and I’m so sorry I don’t wanna spill your name wrong, but you know who you are !!!! After weeks of frustration with other companies, their transparency and integrity were a breath of fresh air. They walked us through every step, answered every question, and treated us like people instead of sales targets. A+ Air Conditioning earned our trust the hard way - by showing up, doing the work, and doing it right. They’ve earned our loyalty & have lifelong customers now!
