  I’ll keep it briefly long because.our house only knows A-Plus Air Conditioning & Home Solutions - no other team other than A-Plus has checked on/maintained/repaired our three units - still going in their almost 22 yrs on the job cooling and heating. Because of the family management, the office crew and most certainly thanks to the technician crew - we now have Tech Tyler after longtime Tech Angel retired - we can not recommend A-Plus more highly. Cheers to Tyler, for his especially cheerful, efficient & knowledgeable efforts on last visits - and especially in this August 2026 heat!

  Tyler was fantastic. Checked out the system knew right where to go given the symptoms and found the issue was a capacitor had fried. Swapped it out and double checked everything else. And more importantly didn’t try to sell me a new system immediately. This is why I use local family owned business like A Plus. They are part of the community and not some giant venture capitalist trying to maximize Revenue at all costs. Very very pleased.

  From proposal to completion of HVAC installation they have been great! I did my research and got other company quotes. All close in pricing but the comfortable feeling I got during initial discussion of proposal was something I decided to go with. Im glad I did. From Josh to work crew to Donna all great. It's a large investment so you want everything to go well. All went great and we are extremely pleased. Thank you A-Plus!!!

  About three weeks ago my air conditioner stopped cooling. Tyler came out I believe, the next day. He was very thorough. Checked my entire system and there didn’t seem to be anything wrong. He replaced my filter and ran multiple tests. Showed me what to do if it happened again. This week it happened again, twice so Tyler came out today. Checked everything again and diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat. Making plans to replace it. Everyone I’ve talked to at A Plus A/C has been very nice and so helpful. Tyler is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this company for all your air conditioning needs.

  Property damage and poor customer service for a senior citizen: My mother had an air conditioner installed by A Plus. While she was out of town for the summer I received a report of a leak and found a kinked drain line causing water to overflow into the house. Water damage to the floor resulted. I called A+ to discuss a resolution, but manager denied responsibility and said the lawn care company must have kinked the hose. However, outside unit is not in an area that requires lawn care and the same lawn care company has been coming for years while the old unit was present, and this had never a problem before. My mother is obviously upset, but after repeated calls, the response I got made it seem like we should be thankful that we at least hadn’t been charged for the service call that checked on the kinked hose since that wasn’t covered by the warranty. Therefore in our experience A Plus comes across as a “take the money and run” type of company, with no interest in customer satisfaction or repeat business. I would not recommend them.
