Focused on a collaborative process, they work with client, contractor, consultant and craftsman to create meaningful and exquisite architecture. Collaborating since 1997, partners Eric Barth and Ryan Burke established A Parallel Architecture in 2008. Together with their team of dedicated and talented architects and designers they provide their clients with the highest level of project management, service and design, regardless of project type, use or scale.

- MCMark CravottaJun 2, 20265.0We've worked alongside A Parallel Architecture on two homes, the Water's Edge Residence in Austin and Ruby Cove. Eric Barth doesn't hand off. He's in it from the first sketch through construction administration to completion, and that kind of presence is rarer than it should be. Working with him, we've seen how tight his drawings are. Most clients never think about that. We do, because we know what tight drawings produce: a build that comes out exactly as designed. But the drawings are just the start. Eric stays on the project the whole way, through site visits, meetings with the GC, the client, and us as the interior designer. Projects take a hundred twists between the page and the finished room. His constant attention is what keeps them dialed in. That's hard to do, and harder to do every time. Eric does it every time. None of it happens alone. Eric co-founded the firm with Ryan Burke, and the team they've built operates at the same standard. Two projects in, we're ready for the next one.
