  We just signed up with this company, and their technician Andrew was absolutely incredible. I can’t recommend him enough. Because of the attentive experience he provided, we’ve already started referring this company to our entire neighborhood and recommending they ask for Andrew specifically. Andrew also took the time to educate us on our system, which helped us realize our previous provider had been maintaining it incorrectly and was not performing proper preventative maintenance. Also, many thanks to Madison for being awesome and helping us with scheduling and onboarding. We’re looking forward to being customers.

  Highly recommend this septic company. They came out and pumped our septic the day after we called them. It was somewhat of an emergency as our septic was completely full! The technician was kind, knowledgeable, and took time to explain the system to us. Would definitely use this company again. Thank you for a good experience during a stressful time.

  Update: We switched! They were a little more expensive than our old provider, but to me, it's worth it. We will actually get the FULL service we had been paying for but not receiving with our previous septic company. EXCELLENT service! We needed our system pumped. Jeremy called about 30-45 minutes before he arrived just to let us know he was on the way. Showed up on time, walked me through what he was going to do, kept me updated on where we were at cost wise, advised he would let us know if it would be more than the initial estimate AND cleaned out some roots that had got in that our normal septic servicer has NEVER done or told us about! We're calling Total Septic to find out what their annual service plan costs and will most likely switch to them. Honest, friendly, on time, and he took the time to educate me as a customer! Definitely went above and beyond what others have done for us! 100% will recommend to anyone we know that has a septic system! THANK Y'ALL!!
