  Outstanding Service from James at United Water Restoration! James made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help our family after we discovered mold in our home. The United Water Restoration team completely removed the mold and left everything spotless. We had to wait about a week before the rebuild could start, but James didn’t leave us hanging — he personally came back and installed our washer and dryer so we wouldn’t have to go to the laundromat. That kind of customer care is rare these days! If you ever need mold remediation or water damage repair, I highly recommend James and United Water Restoration Group of Arlington. Honest, professional, and truly care about their customers.

  They have been amazing! Worked and worked with our insurance company (and believe me they put up a fight for us). They did the water restoration on our barn and a complete roof job (deck and shingles) on our house. James keep us posted on everything. Professional, friendly and prompt!! Highly recommend. Roofing crew was great also. They even left things cleaner than before they came!

  Vinny was very professional and definitely knows his business. He performed a mold inspection and was very thorough and helpful in his explanation of what needed to happen and why. Our concerns revolve mostly around health and he was able to address our concerns and detail the process of containment and cleaning. I would recommend Vinny and this company to anyone having issues with mold in their home or office.

  When we were at our lowest United Water Restoration came to the rescue. A week before our first born was due our world was rocked as our newly purchased home had a terrible flood hit over half of the house. United worked around our busy schedule as our newborn had arrived to come and take out the walls and floors to remove all of the moisture. Steven was very attentive to our request for service and understanding of our situation. Jesus and Kemar were diligent in their work to remove the affected areas and courteous to minimize the damage to the surrounding areas. Tim was very informative and helpful on educating us on some of the damage we were seeing. Lastly Vincent spending the time in our house going over all the damage and our repair options that fit our budget and time schedule reassured us that there is light at the end of the tunnel. We look forward to getting our house back to normal and we can’t recommend the United Restoration team enough!

  United Water Restoration was incredibly responsive to an emergency we had a property. They had a representative on-site within 15 minutes to start evaluating the situation, and multiple crews on-site within the hour to start the water mitigation. Their professional nature brought a sense of calm to a hectic high stress environment. This company would be my first call should we ever have a flood or any other emergency in the future.
