- BBBrent BreidenthalApr 10, 20265.0Great experience, in spite of a very difficult installation due to placement and depth of our main water line and the yard irrigation system. There was no hint of raising the price from the initial quote in spite of the difficulties discovered after the work began. Matt and Michael were patient at explaining everything and were quick to come out, check out, and fix a minor issue after the install. And both the whole house and RO water are great!
- PSPatricia SavalaSep 26, 20255.0Gilbert was fantastic, he and all the service technician' s at Shelton's Water are the best. We have always had great service from Shelton's Water. I would highly recommend them to everyone in the DFW and surrounding areas!

- TTTara TrimbleDec 27, 20235.0We recently moved near Forney from Minnesota, and we knew we wanted to install a Kinetico water softener, whole house filter and drinking water system. If you are not familiar with the brand, take it from someone who grew up with a father who was a water quality fanatic - Kinetico is the Cadillac of good water quality. Shelton's gave us great service. We brought our drinking water system with us, and they had no problem installing it and did not try to convince us to purchase a new one. Tony did a great job of helping us choose the right water softener for our home, as well as following through to make sure we were completely happy with the installation. He also came back a few weeks after the installation to test our water again and see if we had any questions or concerns. Prior to installation of our Kinetico system, our water was very hard, meaning it takes more soap to clean things and it leaves spots and mineral deposits on everything (including your hair). It also smelled horrible and had an unpleasant taste. All of those issues were solved with the system Shelton's installed. They also have a great program for delivering softener salt. I highly recommend Shelton's Water!
