  Ash did HVAC and AC maintenance today. He was on time, and informed me of arrival time. He was very professional, friendly and explained everything that was planned and that was done. We are extremely pleased with Paschal and Ash, the technician.

  Christopher did an excellent job in completing a full checkup of my Trane heat pump. I fully appreciated his prompt, courteous, thorough review of its performance and readiness for fall. I appreciate Paschal making him available today and in past service as well.

  Please use Paschal Air, Plumbing and Electric. They do care about your situation. My A/C blower motor stop working. We called Paschal, they showed up within an hour of calling. JJ was the technician that showed up. He was excellent at communication, diagnosis and setting expectations of next steps. JJ was awesome at checking my unit for warranty coverage and explaining that process. My issue occurred on a Saturday, the part was ordered on Monday and repaired on Tuesday. I couldn't be happier with the turnaround time. Paschal went above and beyond for me. They earned a loyal customer. Please give them a chance if you need a trustworthy and reliable company for said repairs.

  ***UPDATE*** I had a second opinion from a different electrician and Ben was completely wrong and was just lazy! My outlet was wired to another GCI outlet and that’s why my fridge kept shutting off and tripping the outlet. Ben was to lazy to check anything and just told me “your fridge is bad” when in fact I did need my outlet rewired and a simple electrical test would have shown that. I was Running late and Ben waited on me when other companies would have just canceled! Ben was able to diagnose the issue within minutes and didn’t try and upcharge me for things I didn’t need or work I didn’t need done.
