  Sterling provided excellent customer service, he made sure I understood the issues that needed to be fixed. Also provided different options to address the issues. Editing my review now that my hot water heater has installed it has not worked a full week. Instead of the company replacing it they want to go through warranty. Who buys something one day it stop working the next day instead of replacing it you go through warranty? That is what Paschal is now subjected me to in order to get hot water. The one star is rightfully for Sterling but this whole hot water installation 0 stars.

  This was a great experience! A/C went last night and today I have air conditioning again and the peace of mind knowing that my small dogs will be able to sleep tonight! Jacob was also great with the dogs and overall it was a pleasant service call. Clearly he knows the business and knew right way how to get everything going well again. Helen

  I was having a terrible day on the hottest day of the year when my A/C broke down. I called Paschal around 6:00 p.m., and they had a technician at my house by 8:00 the next morning. Ulises made a stressful situation quick and painless. He found the problem almost immediately a part had blown on my outdoor unit and had it repaired in no time. The cost was also much more reasonable than I was expecting. Ulises is an outstanding technician, and the ladies in the office were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. I will be a Paschal customer for life. Highly recommend!
