  My A/C stopped working during record breaking heat wave in Texas. I called first thing in the morning and a technician arrived before noon. Randhir Sah did a thorough job checking all the electrical connections and discovered that the indoor unit door was not properly making contact due to not having a screw in the cover. He added the screw and I now have cold air. Cool Tech made my day!

  I called them on 8/18 they scheduled to come the next day at 10. They didn't show up till 1:30 after just opening the furnace he said the blower motor is out. I know I don't have it in my truck but I will check and will come back with the cost. 5 minutes later $ 874 plus tax for a job that would take 2 hours if I do it and for him much less. Part cost $170 trip charge $92 and $704 for 2 hours job. Nice They chang my other unit the whole unit 2 years ago for $2000 that was including the re- charging the freon. And now just to replace the blower motor $966 way too much. I am really disappointed. I am not a technician I bought the motor and replaced it under 2 hours. Will never call them again.

  They arrived on time and prepared. He figured out the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. He also treated my house with respect as he worked. I will call them every time I need help with my A/C and heater.

  Rhandir was AMAZING! A truly welcome addition to the Cool Tech Mechanical staff! He was extremely thorough, detailed, and very good at explaining what he was doing and working on! He was also very polite, professional & easy to work with! We will continue to use no one else for our AC issues but Cool Tech, you guys are the best!

  Our AC quit cooling late in the day, we were able to schedule service for the next morning. Jerry, our technician, arrived early to research the issue. Thankfully, it was only a blown fuse. We were not charged for the visit, because we recently had some wiring replaced. Also, Jerry left us with a backup fuse which I thought was really nice. This is about the fifth time we’ve used Cool Tech Mechanical, and we have been very happy with their service.
