  We had Clear Water Rescue install a whole-home water filtration and softener system, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the system and make sure we understood everything. The installation was clean and professional, and the difference in our water was noticeable right away. It’s great working with a company that does what they say they’re going to do and takes pride in their work. I would highly recommend Clear Water Rescue to anyone looking to improve the quality of their water!

  Highly recommend Clearwater Rescue. My whole-house water softener started blowing resin beads into my plumbing, and within a day nearly every sink and shower in the house was clogged. Two plumbers came out, barely looked at the unit, and both just pushed a full $10K replacement — one after charging me a service fee. Neither actually diagnosed anything. Travis at Clearwater was the opposite. He responded quickly by text, had me send photos, and got a technician scheduled fast. His tech, Aron, was knowledgeable and thorough. He figured out the real problems: the inlet and outlet lines had been installed backwards, which was running water through the unit in reverse, and there was too much resin in the tank leaving no room for the regeneration cycle. Over time that cracked the top and bottom cone filters, which is what sent resin into my lines. Aron did a full rebuild — reversed the lines correctly, replaced both cone filters, and dialed in the right amount of resin and carbon. Fixed the whole thing in about two days at a very reasonable cost, on a unit that's only five years old and had no business being replaced. Where two plumbers failed, Clearwater actually solved the problem. Can't recommend them enough.

  Travis is the man. If only every company was Fire Fighter owned and operated. Could you imagine if On the Border was Fire Fighter operated. They for sure wouldn't be out of business and most likely be like Taco Bell in Demolition Man starring that Rambo guy by now. Anyways, Travis was kind, knowledgeable, quick, and quality. Go here and use him and keep your fingers crossed he jumps into the food industry and we get the Sizzling Mesquite-Wood Grilled Fajitas back ASAP.

  My wife & I received quotes from a few different companies & clear water rescue was by far the most fair. The install was seamless & anytime I’ve had a question, Travis has got back to me the same day. 10/10 would recommend this company.

  Travis was very helpful in our search for cleaner and softer water. It is scary to think about all the nasty stuff in our normal water, especially with young kids in our house. Softer water has also made cleaning the shower much easier not to mention his prices were a few thousand less than others. Would highly recommend!!
