  Absolute Lifesavers! I cannot say enough good things about Airbear Heating and Cooling DFW! David came out today to look at my AC unit, which was leaking water. He quickly diagnosed the issue and installed a trap at the indoor handler unit. The best part? He didn’t even charge me for it! In this day and age, that kind of honesty and generosity is completely unheard of. This is actually the second time I’ve used them, and both experiences have been flawless. They have earned a customer for life—I will never call anyone else for my HVAC needs. If you are in DFW and need heating or AC work, do not hesitate. Call Airbear!   David and Robert came out promptly when my AC stopped working and the temperature reached 80 degrees. They quickly identified the issue—a clogged drain line—and had it cleared in no time. They fit me in the same day, and David and Robert went above and beyond by tracking down the parts I needed and even traveling several cities over to pick them up.   I recently scheduled AirBear Heating and Cooling Inc. to diagnose an HVAC system after my client’s home inspection report indicated there might be an issue, and I could not have been more impressed with their service! They were able to get someone out the very next day, and their technicians, David and Robert, actually arrived at the property before I did! They quickly and thoroughly evaluated the system and determined that, thankfully, it was operating properly. They even cleaned the unit to help it operate more efficiently and took the time to educate me about the system and explain exactly what they found. One of the things I appreciated most about David and Robert was how honest, straightforward, and transparent they were. There was no attempt to convince us something was wrong when it wasn't, no unnecessary repairs, and no upselling. They simply evaluated the system, told us exactly what they found, and took care of what actually needed to be done. That kind of honesty is extremely valuable, especially in a real estate transaction! They even recorded a video for my client, walking her through their findings and explaining what they had done. The entire experience was professional, prompt, honest, transparent, and incredibly helpful. And the icing on the cake? All of this was done for less than $100! 🙌🏾 I would recommend AirBear ANY DAY! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They were absolutely amazing, and I definitely plan to recommend them not only to my future real estate clients, but also to my friends, family, and fellow real estate professionals.   David came out immediately and diagnosed the issue with my AC. He was very upfront and honest about the situation and took the time to let me see and understand everything he was talking about. He explained what was going on and made sure we knew all of the options available to us. Great service, very knowledgeable, and no pressure at all. I would wholeheartedly recommend David to anyone needing AC service!
