  Timely response on getting estimate and upon getting started and completing work. Worksite cleaned up nicely and good communications during work.

  Three Stars for one simple reason: the work caused a minor indoor plumbing issue the company would not address - even though there were plumbers involved in completing the work. If, in fact, the plumbing issue that arose was a total coincidence as they claimed, a thorough explanation as to why that might have occurred at the exact same time as when the work was completed rather than just forceful, rudely delivered denial would have prevented the impression we were left with from being so negative. It appeared the company was just ready to be done (as were we, trust me) and took the stance of “That has nothing to do with us.” in a very condescending, annoyed manner from the office contact and “I’m not touching that.” from the on-site plumber. (Both of those sentences were literally said - after we spent almost $14,000.00 with this company.) Other informed potential explanations, even if Leak and Line would not rectify the problem, would have gone a long way since this seems like a logistically impossible “coincidence”. Instead, we had to hire another plumbing company before the dirt was even put back from the Leak and Line job to address this minor issue I’m referencing - an entirely new service call cost, etc.. To be clear, if nothing else, a patient explanation by the experts at Leak and Line was in order and not received. That being said, the men digging and replacing pipe and then replacing the dirt worked extremely hard in high heat, and we have high hopes the work holds up.

  Accurate Leak and Line did an excellent job, at the quoted price, and left everything better than they found it. Minimal disruption during the process.

  Polite and professional. Was supposed to get a sleeve trench less Thursday, due to terrible install by the builder, had to go traditional dig up and replace. They immediately came back the following day (because I was getting my yard re-sodded that Friday), trenched that morning, replaced the pipe that afternoon. H2O service wasn’t off more than a few hours. Kept everything nice and tidy to allow the sod people to work around them. They came back early Saturday morning to fill the trench, which allowed the sod people to finish the yard by Saturday afternoon with no hiccups. They also honored the cheaper quote for the sleeve even though the trench and replace was more expensive due to how far down they had to dig. Definitely two thumbs up like the Fonz…Hhheeeyyy!!!👍👍 10 out of 10, definitely would recommend!
