  We purchased a quick move-in home in the Churchill community in Anna, Texas, from Beazer Homes after touring homes built by several other builders in the area, including HistoryMaker Homes and DRB Homes. We have now been living in our home for 35 days, and I intentionally waited to write this review because I wanted time to settle in and evaluate both the home and the community before sharing my experience. From the moment we toured the Lantana floor plan, it stood out from everything else we had seen. One of my favorite features is the thoughtful layout of the primary suite. The master bedroom flows directly into the primary bathroom, which connects to a spacious walk-in closet and then to the laundry room. That design makes everyday living incredibly convenient. Another feature we appreciated was that the home came with all of the major appliances already included—the washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Having window blinds pre-installed throughout the entire home was another significant benefit and a huge cost saver after moving in. Our sales counselor, Bryan Abassi, was professional, approachable, and helpful throughout the entire sales process. He patiently answered all of my questions regarding pricing and the construction of the home we were interested in, and he was always prompt and responsive. Beazer Homes was also offering an excellent promotion at the time we purchased our home, and they provided us with several preferred mortgage lenders, allowing us to compare our options and choose the one that best fit our needs. Since moving in, we've been very pleased with Beazer's warranty service. The few minor issues we encountered were addressed promptly and professionally, giving us confidence that they stand behind their homes. Beyond the home itself, we have been very happy with the Churchill community. It is peaceful, family-friendly, and feels safe. Our neighbors have been welcoming, and we've noticed many other families with young children in the neighborhood. The community playground and pool are conveniently located nearby. One unexpected bonus is that the community is supplied with Van Alstyne water, which is soft water rather than the harder water found in much of Anna. We also appreciate that a new Van Alstyne ISD elementary school is currently being built just a short distance from the neighborhood. Although we plan to homeschool our daughter when she reaches school age, it's reassuring to know there will be an elementary school so close should our plans ever change. One of our favorite experiences since moving into our new home was celebrating the Fourth of July. It was wonderful to see families throughout the community gathering outside, spending time together, and putting on fireworks displays. It created such a warm sense of community and made us feel even more confident that we chose the right neighborhood for our family. Overall, we have had no complaints with either our new home or the builder, and we are extremely satisfied with our home purchase. Our experience with Bryan, Beazer Homes, and their warranty team has been positive from start to finish. After living here for over a month, we can confidently say we are very happy with both our home and the Churchill community.

  DO NOT BUY HOME THERE.at least not from BEAZER. all we got is issues. first general contractor does not know how to communicate. what you see in model home is not what you are going to get. they don't mention even that change during design appointment. They use cheap material and cheap labor and you can tell. Our grass was laid or maybe i should say not laid in half of our backyard. we were supposed to give it time and fertilize just for our GC to drop a flyer that after closing they are not responsible for that- by the way in his report he wrote that this was his way of discussing matter with the buyer... He texted my husband and I that they take care of spec homes thru third party and new builds are not taken care of at all. so if you buy buy spec home as they take care of them and not your new build. Beazer office representative at the model home (lady) has zero knowledge about neighborhood. Just told me that the water is provided by city of Anna-and it is not!!! Trash is literally your problem and they wont tell you about it until you close cause now its your problem not theirs They waited with our celebration walk thru till our closing date and did NOT fix any issues that we marked with the tape but simply just took tape off the walls and GC cant get on hold of his workers i.e. painters. it is on us as we trusted them they wont lie to us and here we are bunch of things need to be fixed and all we do is call warranty and schedule repairs. We were told after inspection that cracked wood in our construction is nothing major. Or that missing singles on our roof are not a big issue. tile in the bathroom that we upgraded was laid uneven, and simply quick job to say the least. Please do yourself a favor and DON'T buy home from Beazer at least not in Churchill neighborhood. Great sales people-will tell you everything you want to hear especially when you are first time home buyer and has limited knowledge on how buying house process looks like..
