  We have used Davis AC for years. They are always on time, honest, and reasonable priced. James came today and checked out our system. He as personable, informative, friendly, and professional. If you need a company for anything from maintenance and repair to replacement, this is the place.

  Davis Air sent James Gray to check out the AC unit and was very understanding that I was 15 minutes away. By the time I got home he had quickly diagnosed the issue and less than 20 minutes he had made the repair. He was very thorough on the explanation and very professional. Thank y'all Davis Air.

  Complete lack of communication, terrible installation quality, and missing permit. Please be aware before using this company. Carrier’s website lists them as a "President's Award Winner," but based on my experience, the criteria to win must be incredibly low. It took a week and a half just to get my air conditioner installed. No one ever bothered to tell me the unit wasn’t in stock, though I should have guessed when they offered a portable unit. While the portable unit helped, it was restricted to my bedroom, leaving the rest of the house sweltering in 95-degree Houston September heat. When they finally installed the system, the workmanship was shockingly poor: • Unconnected Vents: Two vents were left completely disconnected. • No Quality Check: They left the door completely off the evaporative unit. The attic floor was left a mess. Screws and paperwork were left behind. Clearly, they didn't bother to do a basic quality check before leaving. To make matters worse, the newly installed unit is VERY loud. A technician came out and promised to return to check the airflow in all the vents and install an insulation blanket to help reduce the noise. That was three weeks ago. I have repeatedly asked when someone is returning to finish the job and have also requested a copy of the required City of Pearland permit. My messages have been completely ignored. To top off their disorganized communication, two weeks after they already picked up the portable unit, I received a text asking me to confirm a date to pick it up. I am incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their work or communicate with their customers

  My electric bill had increased quite a bit in the last 2 months and the maintenance technician saw the problem- a loose duct that was air conditioning the attic! I would have never known if I hadn’t had the maintenance service.

  Should have called y'all first! A couple of days ago had a capacitor and motor changed by a different company. I told them there was something wrong, it should not be so loud. The other companies technician and owner said nothing was wrong. I called Davis and they came right out, adjusted the motor speed and did a perfect job! Now I have peace of mind! Great job David. The technician was an angel. He was knowledgeable and professional and genuine while he was here. TY
