We had all of our windows and doors replaced in October 2025—13 windows and 4 doors. Initially, our experience was great. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly, and any questions we had were answered. The installation itself went smoothly, and the crew was professional and kept everything clean.
During the final inspection, however, we discovered that one window's vinyl had been cut with a box cutter, and our front entry door had several deep scratches in the finish. We brought these issues to their attention, and Jamie came out, inspected both items, took pictures, and told us he would submit everything to the manufacturer for replacement.
Now it's May 2026, and we still have no resolution. We have left countless voicemails, sent numerous emails, and text messages, all without a response. I managed to speak with Jamie once about six months ago, and I believe the only reason he answered was because I called from my brother's phone. His response was, "I'll check with the manufacturer tomorrow and call you back." I never heard from him again.
I even posted a comment on their Facebook page asking how to get in touch with their warranty department. The response was, "I'll get in touch with you tomorrow." Once again, nothing.
A lifetime warranty sounds great, but what good is it if you can't get ahold of anyone to honor it? The installation and sales process were excellent, but the complete lack of communication and follow-through on warranty issues has been extremely disappointing.
