  I went ahead and made a new review since Scottco felt like lying on there first reply. Y’all have not fixed any problem yall have caused since stick in the new unit. Y’all have been to my house 10 times and yet the problem still occurs because of yalls laziness. So don’t falsely claim to have the problem fixed like you tried on my last review scottco. They claimed to stay and verify the system was working, but the system shutoff within 15 minutes of it first starting and the workers were already gone since it was a Friday. The workers sat in there truck for over 30 minutes doing nothing. Scottco falsely claimed it was a break from the heat in my last review. I’m sorry but not break is over 30 minutes. Paid 8k to have multiple days of coming home to my home above 80. Use any other company besides them.

  John was our plumber. He is the only one we chose to use. He knows everything that needs to be done where it’s located and he does an amazing job.

  I’m updating a review I left last weekend. I was telling the story of a tankless water heater repair and how dissatisfied with the quality of the service. Monday morning we received a call from the Scottco office. The company worked hard to see that our service was completed timely and satisfactorily. I can’t say enough nice things about the office staff. They really seem to care about their customers.

  We’ve used Scottco for almost every plumbing and electric issue we’ve had. They installed our tankless water heater 5 years ago. We woke up on July 21st to a lack of hot water and called Scottco to come repair the problem. The tech and his helper showed up and diagnosed the problem. They told my husband the flame sensor was dirty. He cleaned it and said WE should order the part, it would need replaced. My husband called the manufacturer to order the part and was told it was only sold to the contractor. So, my husband called Scottco back and was told the tech would get back with him. Crickets and more crickets. So, after paying $280 for a service call that only temporarily corrected the problem, we were back to no hot water. I will not call them again.

  We had a sudden HVAC issue that couldn’t wait, I called and in less than an hour the tech was on site. He was very reassuring and very professional. He had us up and running in less than an hour. Great customer service in home one over the phone.
